METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING DECORATION STONE ON OUTER WALL
The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a decoration stone for an exterior wall. The method for manufacturing a decoration stone for an exterior wall comprises: a primary process step of processing an original rectangular parallelepiped stone to be a primarily processed rectangular parallelepiped stone, the primarily processed rectangular parallelepiped stone having a cylindrical hollow formed in a center thereof and having a center equal to centers of the upper surface and a lower surface thereof; a secondary process step of cutting the primarily processed rectangular parallelepiped stone along a straight line, which connects the centers of the upper surface of the lower surface in opposite to each other, into four parts, thereby obtaining each secondarily processed stone; a third process step of cutting the secondarily processed stone along a first inner cutting line formed on the upper surface and lower surface of the secondarily processed stone, which is perpendicularly to a first cutting line, and cutting the secondarily processed stone along a second inner cutting line formed on the upper surface and the lower surface of the secondarily processed stone, the second inner cutting line extended from one end of the first inner cutting line in a direction of a curved line of the upper surface and the lower surface of the secondarily processed stone, thereby obtaining a thirdly processed stone; a fourth process step of performing a process equal to the third process step based on the second cutting line. According to the present invention, the decoration stone for the exterior wall can be easily and conveniently manufactured, and waste of material can be prevented, thereby achieving economic efficiency.
원래의 직육면체 석재에서 상면과 하면의 중심을 원의 중심으로 하는 원통 형상으로 상기 원래의 직육면체 석재를 가공하여 중심부에 원통 형상의 중공이 형성된 1차 가공된 직육면체 석재를 얻는 1차 가공단계; 상기 1차 가공된 직육면체 석재를 상기 상면 및 상기 하면의 마주보는 두 변의 중심을 잇는 직선을 따라 절단하여 4등분된 2차 가공된 석재를 얻는 2차 가공단계; 상기 2차 가공된 석재의 상면과 하면에서 제1 절단선에 수직하게 형성되는 제1 내부 절단선을 따라 상기 2차 가공된 석재를 절단한 후 상기 2차 가공된 석재의 상면과 하면에서 상기 제1 내부 절단선의 단부로부터 상기 2차 가공된 석재의 상면과 하면에 있는 곡선 방향으로 형성되는 제2 내부 절단선을 따라 상기 2차 가공된 석재를 절단하여 3차 가공된 석재를 얻는 3차 가공단계; 및 제2 절단선에서 3차 가공단계와 동일하게 수행되는 4차 가공단계를 포함하는 외벽 장식석재의 제조방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 외벽 장식석재의 제조방법에 따르면 외벽 장식석재를 간단하고 편리하게 제조할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 재료의 낭비가 없어 경제적이다.

The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a decoration stone for an exterior wall. According to the present invention, the decoration stone for the exterior wall can be easily and conveniently manufactured, and waste of material can be prevented, thereby achieving economic efficiency.
원래의 직육면체 석재에서 상면과 하면의 중심을 원의 중심으로 하는 원통 형상으로 상기 원래의 직육면체 석재를 가공하여 중심부에 원통 형상의 중공이 형성된 1차 가공된 직육면체 석재를 얻는 1차 가공단계; 상기 1차 가공된 직육면체 석재를 상기 상면 및 상기 하면의 마주보는 두 변의 중심을 잇는 직선을 따라 절단하여 4등분된 2차 가공된 석재를 얻는 2차 가공단계; 상기 2차 가공된 석재의 상면과 하면에서 제1 절단선에 수직하게 형성되는 제1 내부 절단선을 따라 상기 2차 가공된 석재를 절단한 후 상기 2차 가공된 석재의 상면과 하면에서 상기 제1 내부 절단선의 단부로부터 상기 2차 가공된 석재의 상면과 하면에 있는 곡선 방향으로 형성되는 제2 내부 절단선을 따라 상기 2차 가공된 석재를 절단하여 3차 가공된 석재를 얻는 3차 가공단계; 및 제2 절단선에서 3차 가공단계와 동일하게 수행되는 4차 가공단계를 포함하는 외벽 장식석재의 제조방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 외벽 장식석재의 제조방법에 따르면 외벽 장식석재를 간단하고 편리하게 제조할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 재료의 낭비가 없어 경제적이다.
