FOG DISSIPATING APPARATUS USING FOG DISSIPATING MEANS
The present invention provides a fog dissipating apparatus comprising: a plurality of fog dissipating means; a support member; a display means; a monitoring means; a control means; and a monitoring means. The fog dissipating means are installed at predetermined intervals on an area where fog frequently occurs so when fog is present, this invention dissipates the fog in such a manner that fog particles are mixed with dry air and a negative ion condensation nucleus to sink and evaporate. The support member is installed on a corresponding position with a predetermined height not to interrupt the driving of a vehicle and supports the fog dissipating means. The display means is installed on a position at a predetermined distance from the support member and includes a light emitted diode (LED) lighting device operated to emit light. The monitoring means photographs the display means installed on the position at the predetermined distance from the support member through a camera installed on the support member. The control means analyzes an image of the display means, which is photographed by the monitoring means, determined whether fog is generated through a resolution of the photographed image of the display means, and when fog is generated, controls a driving of the fog dissipating means. The monitoring means remotely controls the control means through wire/wireless communication and allows a user to remotely control the driving of the fog dissipating means through wireless communication depending on whether fog is generated.
본 발명에 의하면, 안개가 상습적으로 발생하는 지역에 일정 간격으로 설치된 상태에서 안개 발생시 안개입자가 건조공기 및 음이온 응결핵과 혼화되는 것을 통해 침강 및 증발되도록 하여 안개가 소산되도록 하는 복수개의 안개소산수단; 안개소산수단을 지지하여 차량의 주행에 방해되지 않도록 일정 높이로 해당 위치에 설치되도록 하는 지지부재; 지지부재로부터 일정거리 떨어진 위치에 설치되어 발광 동작되는 LED 점등소자를 포함하는 표시수단; 지지부재에 설치된 카메라를 통하여 지지부재로부터 일정거리 떨어진 위치에 설치된 표시수단을 촬영하는 감시수단; 감시수단로부터 촬영된 표시수단의 이미지를 분석하고 표시수단의 촬영 이미지 해상도를 통해 안개의 발생 유무를 판단하며 안개가 발생하였을 경우 안개소산수단에 대한 구동을 제어하는 통제/제어수단; 및 통제/제어수단을 원격지에서 유/무선통신을 통해 제어하여 안개 발생 유무에 따라 원격지에서 안개소산수단의 구동을 사용자가 무선통신을 통해 제어하도록 하는 모니터링수단을 포함하는 안개소산장치가 제공된다.
