The present invention relates to a prefabricated road sign installed in two cross bars coupled to the top of pillars erected on a road while being vertically separated from each other. The prefabricated road sign comprises: two or more support bars crossing at right angles to two cross bars and separated from each other in a longitudinal direction of the cross bars; clamp units to connect the support bars and the cross bars; a panel unit arranged in front of the support bars and formed of two or more divided panels vertically connected to each other; and fixing units to connect the panel units and the support bars. A coupling part extended in the longitudinal direction of the divided panels to be overlapped to each other integrally protrudes from the rear surface of the end of the two divided panels close to each other in the panel unit. The fixing unit comprises: a fixed member having a coupling groove in which two coupling parts overlapped in the front side are inserted and vertically surrounding the two coupling parts; and a first fixing bolt coupled through the fixed member and the two coupling parts inserted in the fixed member. The prefabricated road sign minimizes deformation in an assembly process by assembling the divided panels of the panel units without welding and facilitates manufacture, maintenance, and repair by having a simple assembly process.
본 발명은 도로에 세워진 지주의 상단부에 상하 이격 배치되도록 결합된 두 가로대에 설치되는 조립식 도로표지판에 관한 것으로서, 상기 두 가로대와 직교하도록 배치되고, 가로대의 길이 방향을 따라 상호 이격 배열된 둘 이상의 지지대; 상기 지지대와 상기 가로대를 연결하는 클램프유닛; 상기 지지대의 전방에 배치되고, 상하로 연결된 둘 이상의 분할패널로 이루어진 패널유닛; 및 상기 패널유닛과 상기 지지대를 연결하는 고정유닛;을 포함하되, 상기 패널유닛에서 상호 인접한 두 분할패널의 단부 후면에는 각 분할패널의 길이방향을 따라 연장되어 상호 겹쳐지게 되는 결합부가 각각 일체로 돌출 형성되고, 상기 고정유닛은 전부(前部)에 상호 겹쳐진 상기 두 결합부가 삽입되는 결합홈을 갖고, 상기 두 결합부를 상하로 감싸도록 설치되는 고정부재; 그리고 상기 고정부재 및 이 고정부재에 삽입된 상기 두 결합부를 관통하도록 체결되는 제1고정볼트;를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 조립식 도로표지판을 개시한다. 본 발명에 의한 조립식 도로표지판은, 패널유닛을 이루는 각 분할패널이 비(非)용접 방식으로 조립됨에 따라 조립과정에서의 변형을 최소화할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 조립 공정이 단순화되어 제작 및 유지보수가 용이한 효과가 있다.
