The present invention relates to an assembly type spiral stairs precisely and freely controlling a height between footholds to simply be assembled and installed in a construction site having a different inter-layer height. The present invention comprises: a base fixated to a floor; a center pole of which a lower end is installed in the base; a plurality of spacers inserted into the center pole; the foothold inserted into the center pole between the spacers; an outside stringer disposed on one side of the foothold; and a coupling member coupling an other side of the foothold and the outside stringer.
본 발명은 발판과 발판 사이마다 높이를 자유롭게 미세 조정 가능하여 층간 높이가 다른 시공 현장에서도 간단히 조립 시공 가능한 조립식 스파이럴 계단에 관한 것이다.
