METHOD TO MANUFACTURE ENVIRONMENT-FRIENDLY COMPOSITIONS FOR INTERIOR BUILDING MATERIALS COMPRISING SERICITE
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an environmentally friendly composition for construction finishing material comprising sericite as an active ingredient. The method may include the steps of: (S1) injecting amylopectin powder into brine in which salt is dissolved, stirring the mixture until the amylopectin is mixed without clotting, and at the same time, heating the mixture up to the boiling point in order for the amylopectin powder to spread without clotting; (S2) while heating the mixture of (S1), injecting and stirring a cinnamon extract in order to mix the mixture mixed with amylopectin powder, and the cinnamon extract; (S3) while heating the mixture of (S2), injecting and stirring sericite powder in order to mix the mixture mixed with cinnamon extract, and the sericite powder and to prevent the amylopectin from aging by decreasing the temperature of the mixture mixed with cinnamon extract through the inputted sericite powder; (S4) while heating the mixture of (S3), injecting and stirring sunflower oil in order to form a coating film; and (S5) preventing the amylopectin from aging by cooling the mixture of (S4) at 0-10°C.
본 발명은 견운모(sericite, 絹雲母)를 유효성분으로 함유하는 건축 마감재용 친환경 조성물 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 (S1)소금이 용해된 소금물에 아밀로펙틴 분말을 투입하고 교반시켜 상기 아밀로펙틴 분말이 응고없이 혼합되게 하고, 이와 동시에 상기 아밀로펙틴 분말이 투입된 혼합액을 가열하여 상기 아밀로펙틴 분말이 뭉치지않고 풀어지도록 끓는 점까지 가열하는 단계; (S2) 상기 (S1)단계의 혼합액을 가열하면서 계피 추출물을 투입·교반하여 상기 아밀로펙틴이 혼합된 혼합액과 상기 계피 추출물이 혼화되도록 하는 단계; (S3) 상기 (S2) 단계의 혼합액을 가열하면서 견운모 분말을 투입·교반하여 상기 계피 추출물이 혼합된 혼합액에 상기 견운모 분말이 혼화되도록 함과 동시에 상기 투입되는 견운모 분말을 통해 상기 계피 추출물이 혼합된 혼합액의 온도를 떨어뜨려 상기 아밀로펙틴의 노화를 막아주는 단계; (S4) 상기 (S3) 단계의 혼합액을 가열하면서 해바라기기름을 투입·교반하여 도막을 형성해주는 단계; 및 (S5) 상기 (S4) 단계의 혼합액을 0 내지 10℃에서 냉각시켜 상기 아밀로펙틴의 노화를 막아주는 단계를 포함한다.
