The present invention relates to an all-weather door without condensation, wherein a heating element is installed on the inner side of a plate of the door to face a room to prevent condensation on a fire door such as a door of an apartment house or a house, a door of an escape room, and a door of an outdoor unit room coming in contact with the outside air, caused by the temperature difference between the room and the outside in order to reduce the temperature difference between the room and the surface of the door. The door includes an insulation material provided between an outer plate material and an inner plate material. A thermal barrier and sealing member is provided on the coupling surface between the inner and outer plate materials in the door to prevent heat transmission. A temperature sensor senses the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the door. A distribution part selectively supplies power to a portion of a heating film unit mounted on the rear side of the inner plate material when the temperature difference is out of a predetermined range, wherein the portion has a different temperature. A control part selectively controls a vulnerable portion having condensation by supplying power to the heating film unit when the temperature difference between the inside and the outside reaches a predetermined range.
본 발명은 아파트나 일반 주택에서 사용되는 세대 문, 대피실문 , 실외기실문 등 외기와 접촉하는 방화문에, 내/외부 온도차에 의해 발생하는 결로현상을 방지하기 위하여, 문(도어)의 실내에 면하는 판의 안쪽에 발열체를 설치하여, 실내온도와 내부 문의 표면의 온도 차이를 줄여주는 전천후 무결로 도어를 얻기 위한 것인 바, 외부판재와 내부판재의 사이에 단열재를 형성하고, 상시 외부판재와 내부판재의 결합면에는 열전달을 차단할 수 있도록 열차단 및 밀폐부재를 형성한 도어; 상기 도어의 내외의 온도 차이를 감지하는 온도감지센서를 형성하고, 상기 온도 차이가 설정된 범위에서 벗어날 경우에 내부판재의 배면에 장착된 난방필름 단위체에 온도차가 발생되는 부분을 선별하여 전원을 공급하도록 분배부를 형성하고, 제어부는 내외부온도의 차이가 설정된 범위에 도달시 단열필름 단위체에 전원공급을 공급하여 결로가 발생되는 취약한 부분에 선별적으로 제어하도록 형성한 매우 유용한 발명인 것이다.
