METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING INTERIOR FINISHING MATERIALS
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an interior finishing material. The method manufacturing an interior finishing material comprises: (A) a step of preparing a raw material including a function improved film assembly where a cross-linked bubble fabric made through a chemical cross-linking process, a shape maintaining film with a hard property, and a metal are deposited through a vacuum; (B) a step of coupling the cross-linked bubble fiber with the shape maintaining film through a laminating process on the raw material and fusing the shape maintaining film on an upper surface of the cross-linked bubble fabric in order to form a partially manufactured product; (C) a step of compressing and forming the partially manufactured product undergone step (C) and step (B); (D) a step of coupling the partially manufactured product compressed and formed through step (C) to the function improved film assembly, which is the raw material; (E) a step of cutting a product formed through step (D) with a predetermined size to be a panel wallpaper or a cushion tile. According to the present invention, the interior finish material, which has a high quality, allows a shape of a product to be maintained, and secures an aesthetic appearance of the product, can be manufactured. Moreover, the panel wallpaper and the cushion tile with improved characteristics of a barrier and an improved function such as a moisture-proofing function and a condensation preventing function or the like can be manufactured.
본 발명은 인테리어용 마감재 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, (A) 화학가교에 의해 만들어진 가교발포원단과 하드(hard)한 성질이 있는 형상유지필름 및 금속이 진공증착된 기능향상필름 어셈블리를 포함하는 원자재를 구비하는 단계; (B) 상기 원자재에서 가교발포원단과 형상유지필름을 라미네이팅 처리하여 결합하되, 가교발포원단의 상면에 형상유지필름을 융착시켜 반제품화하는 단계; (C) 상기 (B)단계를 거친 결과물인 반제품에 대해 압축 성형하는 단계; (D) 상기 (C)단계를 거쳐 압축 성형된 반제품과 상기 원자재인 기능향상필름 어셈블리를 라미네이팅 처리하여 결합하는 단계; (E) 상기 (D)단계를 거친 결과물을 적정 규격으로 재단하여 패널 벽지 또는 쿠션 타일로 완성하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 제품의 형상 유지나 미려한 외관 표출을 가능하게 하는 등 우수한 품질의 제품으로 제조할 수 있으며, 제품의 배리어(barrier) 특성을 높일 수 있어 방습 및 결로 방지 등의 향상된 기능을 발휘하는 패널 벽지 또는 쿠션 타일을 제공할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an interior finishing material.
