The present invention relates to a safety net device for saving a person falling down from a building. When a person is accidentally falling down or jumping on purpose from a high-rise building, as the falling person (hereinafter referred to as falling person) is detected through a detection part, the falling person can be saved by spreading a safety net in the lower floor of the high-rise building. According to the present invention, the safety net comprises: a supporting frame (3) fixed long in the horizontal width direction of an outer wall of a bottom layer (B) corresponding to a lower layer (hereinafter referred to as bottom layer) in a high-rise building (100); at least one (hereinafter referred to as a pair) tension member (10) whose one side is connected to the supporting frame (3) and the other side is extended toward the front of a building when air is supplied, and for maintaining the extended state when air supply is stopped; a safety net (20) installed between a pair of tension members (10), supported by both ends of the tension member (10), and for saving the falling person by spreading when the tension member (10) is extended; an air tank for supplying air to the tension member (10); an air valve installed for opening or blocking air in the air tank to the air supply pipe while connecting an air supply pipe for supplying air with which the air tank is filled to the tension member (10) between the air tank and the tension member (10); and a control box for controlling that power is applied or blocked to the air valve. When a signal is input through an operation part, the control box is operated according to the signal, and then the control box controls the air valve.

본 발명은 건축물에서 추락하는 사람을 구조하기 위한 안전망 장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 고층건물에서 사람이 실수로 추락하거나 고의로 투신을 하는 경우 또는 화재 등으로 추락하는 경우 그 추락하는 사람(추락자라 칭함)을 감지부를 통해 감지하여 고층건물의 아래층에서 안전망을 펼쳐 추락자를 받아낼 수 있는 기술에 관한 것이다. 구성은 다음과 같다 고층건물(100)중 아래층(저층이라 함)에 해당하는 저층(B) 외벽의 가로 폭 방향으로 길게 고정시킨 지지틀(3)과, 상기 지지틀(3)에 일측이 연결되고 타측은 에어를 공급하면 건물 전방으로 신장되고 에어공급을 중단하면 신장된 상태를 유지하는 하나이상(쌍이라 칭함)의 신장부재(10)와, 상기 쌍을 이루는 신장부재(10) 사이에 설치되되 상기 신장부재(10) 양단에 지지되어 신장부재(10)가 신장되면 펼쳐져 추락자를 받아 낼 수 있는 안전망(20)과, 상기 신장부재(10)에 에어를 공급하는 에어탱크와, 상기 에어탱크와 상기 신장부재(10) 사이에 상기 에어탱크에 충전된 에어를 상기 신장부재(10)에 공급하는 에어공급배관을 연결하되 상기 에어공급배관에 에어탱크의 에어를 개방하거나 차단할 수 있도록 설치된 에어밸브와, 상기 에어밸브에 전원을 인가하거나 차단할 수 있도록 제어하는 컨트롤박스를 갖되 상기 컨트롤박스는 조작부를 통해 신호가 입력되면 그 신호에 따라 동작하여 상기 에어밸브를 제어하는 상기 컨트롤박스를 포함한 구성을 특징으로 하는 건축물에서 추락하는 사람을 구조하기 위한 안전망 장치이다.
