PREFABRICATED ROAD SIGN WITH AN IMPROVED ASSEMBLY STRUCTURE
The present invention relates to a prefabricated road sign installed in two cross bars coupled to the top of pillars erected on a road while being vertically separated from each other. The prefabricated road sign comprises: two or more support bars crossing at right angles to two cross bars and separated from each other in a longitudinal direction of the cross bars; clamp units installed in the upper and lower parts of the support bars to connect the support bars and two cross bars; and a panel unit arranged in front of the support bars. The support bar has multiple screw holes laterally penetrated while being longitudinally arranged at a predetermined interval. The clamp unit comprises: a band part to surround the cross bars; a mounting part formed in the front side of the band part and having a mounting space part fitted to surround the lateral and rear surfaces of the support bars and insertion holes laterally penetrated to be connected to the mounting space part; and mounting bolts coupled to the screw holes of the support bars via the insertion holes of the mounting part. The prefabricated road sign with improved assembly structure easily adjusts an assembly position on the cross bars in accordance to a gap between the two cross bars coupled to the pillars and firmly and stably assembles each part.
본 발명은 도로에 세워진 지주의 상단부에 상하 이격 배치되도록 결합된 두 가로대에 설치되는 조립식 도로표지판에 관한 것으로서, 상기 두 가로대와 직교하도록 배치되고, 가로대의 길이 방향을 따라 상호 이격 배열된 둘 이상의 지지대; 상기 지지대의 상부 및 하부에 각각 설치되어 상기 지지대와 상기 두 가로대를 연결하는 클램프유닛; 및 상기 지지대의 전방에 배치된 패널유닛;을 포함하되, 상기 지지대에는 길이방향을 따라 이격 배열된 다수의 나사공이 측방 관통 형성되고, 상기 클램프유닛은 상기 가로대를 감싸는 밴드부; 상기 밴드부의 전방에 형성되고, 상기 지지대의 측면 및 후면을 감싸도록 끼워지는 장착공간부, 그리고 상기 장착공간부와 연결되도록 측방 관통 형성된 삽입공을 갖는 장착부; 및 상기 장착부의 삽입공을 지나 상기 지지대의 나사공에 체결되는 장착볼트;를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 조립구조가 개선된 조립식 도로표지판을 개시한다. 본 발명에 의한 조립구조가 개선된 조립식 도로표지판은, 지주에 결합된 두 가로대의 간격에 맞추어 가로대에 대한 조립 위치를 용이하게 조절할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 각 부품이 더욱 견고하고 안정적으로 조립될 수 있는 효과가 있다.
