The present invention relates to a prefabricated drainage facility installed in a balcony of a building, comprising: a panel main body including multiple movable hole parts; an inclined projecting member installed to be moved toward a bottom surface of a balcony through movable hole part and to support the panel main body to be arranged at an incline toward a drain groove part of the balcony; an operating part provided in the inclined projecting member and the panel main body to move the inclined projecting member toward the inside or the outside of the movable hole part; a location fixing part for restricting or releasing the operating part to maintain the protruding degree of the inclined projecting member by the operating part; a cover block whose one end is installed in the panel main body to be rotated, including an accommodating groove part wherein the inclined projecting member and the operating part are accommodated; and a locking part for connecting or separating the other end of the cover block in the panel main body.
본 발명은, 복수 개의 출몰홀부가 형성되는 패널본체; 상기 출몰홀부를 통해 발코니의 바닥면 측으로 출몰 가능하게 설치되고 상기 패널본체가 발코니의 배수홈부 측으로 경사지게 배치되도록 지지하는 경사돌기부재; 상기 경사돌기부재를 상기 출몰홀부 내측 또는 외측으로 이동시킬 수 있도록 상기 경사돌기부재 및 상기 패널본체에 구비되는 조작부; 상기 조작부에 의해 상기 경사돌기부재의 돌출정도가 유지되도록 상기 조작부를 구속 또는 해제하는 위치고정부; 상기 패널본체에 일단이 회전 가능하게 설치되고 상기 경사돌기부 및 상기 조작부가 수납되는 수납홈부가 형성되는 커버블록; 및 상기 커버블록의 타단을 상기 패널본체에 연결 또는 분리시키는 잠금부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
