The present invention provides a swing reducer capable of smoothly executing lubrication in the initial drive by forming a storage space wherein lubricating oil is stored in a sliding bearing and improving abrasion and burning phenomenon. The swing reducer of the present invention comprises: a carrier; a pin member wherein one end is inserted and fixated in the carrier; the sliding bearing mounted on the other end of the pin member; a planet gear which is mounted on the sliding bearing and rotates around the pin member. The outer circumference surface of the sliding bearing comprises a contact unit to be in contact with the inner circumference surface of the planet gear, and a non-contact unit not to be in contact with the inner circumference surface of the planet gear. A storage space for storing lubricating oil is formed between the non-contact unit and the inner circumference surface of the planet gear.
본 발명은 미끄럼베어링에 윤활유가 저장되는 저장공간을 형성하여 초기 구동시 윤활을 원활하게 이루어지게 하며, 이로 인해 마모현상 및 소착현상을 개선할 수 있는 선회감속기를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 발명의 선회 감속기는, 캐리어; 일단이 상기 캐리어에 삽입 고정되는 핀부재; 상기 핀부재의 타단에 장착되는 미끄럼베어링; 상기 미끄럼베어링에 장착되어 상기 핀부재를 중심으로 회전되는 유성기어; 를 포함하여 이루어지되, 상기 미끄럼베어링의 외주면은 상기 유성기어의 내주면과 접하는 접촉부와 접하지 않는 비접촉부로 이루어지며, 상기 비접촉부와 상기 유성기어의 내주면 사이에는 윤활유가 저장되는 저장공간이 형성된다.
The present invention provides a swing reducer capable of smoothly executing lubrication in the initial drive by forming a storage space wherein lubricating oil is stored in a sliding bearing and improving abrasion and burning phenomenon. The swing reducer of the present invention comprises: a carrier; a pin member wherein one end is inserted and fixated in the carrier; the sliding bearing mounted on the other end of the pin member; a planet gear which is mounted on the sliding bearing and rotates around the pin member.
