The present invention relates to a floor plate integrated with a drain for a bathroom including a polygonal cylindrical waterproofing plate composed of composed of a bottom and lateral surfaces and having an area identical to a bathroom floor area; the drain including a floor drain (FD) connected to a standpipe collecting wastewater from a bathtub, a washbowl, and a floor installed in the upper side of the waterproofing plate; a soil pipe discharging waste water from a toilet bowl; and a light-weight floor block separately constructed to have a size identical to an area of the underside of the waterproofing plate. The present invention provides the floor plate integrated with the drain for a bathroom enabling the convenient construction of the bathroom floor without a separate waterproofing work.
본 발명은 공동주택 욕실의 오수관과 하수관을 내장한 배수 일체형 욕실 바닥판에 관한 것으로, 상기 배수 일체형 욕실 바닥판은 바닥과 측면들로 구성된 욕실 바닥과 동일한 면적을 갖는 다각형 통형상의 방수판과, 상기 방수판 상부에 시공되는 욕조, 세면기, 바닥의 하수를 집수하여 입상관과 연결되는 FD를 포함하는 하수관 및 양변기의 오수를 배출하는 오수관과, 상기 배수관 및 오수관을 덮으며 상면에 타일을 부착할 수 있도록 형성되고, 상기 방수판 밑면적과 동일한 크기를 갖도록 분리 시공되는 경량바닥 블럭을 포함하여 별도의 방수공사 없이 간단하게 욕실 바닥이 시공이 가능하도록 하는 배수 일체형 욕실 바닥판을 제공한다.
