COMPLEX TYPE LANE PAINTING CONSTRUCTION APPARATUS
In order to efficiently paint lanes with a material spread at a constant pressure while uniformly painting various kinds of the lanes in accordance with situations by selectively applying multiple nozzles to spread a paint in accordance with a standard width of the lanes on the road, disclosed is a complex lane painting device capable of selecting spread nozzles. The complex lane painting device comprises: a vehicle body driven at low speeds after a user gets on the vehicle; a paint tank fixed to one side of the vehicle body to store a paint therein; a bead tank mounted in one side of the paint tank to store glass beads; a circulative preheating part heating a heating medium received therein and having a circulation line connected to the paint tank and the bead tank to circulate the heating medium heated at a set temperature; a paint nozzle part mounted in the lower part of one side of the vehicle body and having nozzle units with each different spread width arranged in two or more rows to spread the paint received from the paint tank while being selectively driven; a bead nozzle part positioned behind the paint nozzle part and spraying the glass beads received from the bead tank; and a control unit to allow the user to set the operation of the nozzle units of the paint nozzle part and the bead nozzle part.
본 발명은 도로의 규정 차선 폭에 맞춰 도포가능한 복수 개의 노즐을 선택적으로 적용할 수 있어 다양한 종류의 모든 차선을 상황에 맞게 일률적으로 시공하는 동시에 일정한 압력을 가한 원료도포로부터 차선을 효율적으로 시공함을 제공하도록, 작업자가 승차한 후 저속주행가능하게 구성되는 차량본체와; 상기 차량본체의 한쪽에 고정 설치되고 내부에 도료를 수용하여 저장하는 도료탱크와; 상기 도료탱크의 한쪽에 장착되고 내부에 글라스비드를 수용 저장하는 비드탱크와; 내부에 열매체를 수용 가열하되 설정온도로 가열된 열매체를 순환공급하도록 상기 도료탱크 및 상기 비드탱크에 순환라인이 연결되는 순환예열부와; 상기 차량본체의 한쪽 하부에 장착되고 상기 도료탱크로부터 공급된 도료를 노면을 향해 도포가능하되 서로 다른 유형의 도포 폭을 갖는 노즐유닛이 적어도 2열 이상으로 배열배치하며 복수 개의 상기 노즐유닛이 선택적으로 구동가능한 도료노즐부와; 상기 도료노즐부의 후방에 위치하고 상기 비드탱크로부터 공급된 글라스비드를 분사가능하게 구비되는 비드노즐부와; 상기 도료노즐부에서 2열 이상의 노즐유닛 및 비드노즐부에 대한 분사 여부를 작업자로부터 설정가능하게 제어하는 제어컨트롤유닛;을 포함하는 스프레드 노즐 선택이 가능한 복합식 차선 시공장치를 제공한다.
