TRIPLE A WATER PIPE AND SEWER PIPES AT A FRACTION OF THE WALL
A water pipe having a triple-wall structure comprises an outer layer, an inner layer, and a middle layer. The outer layer and the inner layer comprise, with respect to 100 wt% of a PVC resin whose degree of polymerization is 800 to 1200, a resin composite composed of 0.1-8.0 wt% of POK, 0.1-10 wt% of a filler, 0.1-5.0 wt% of titanium dioxide (white pigment), 0.1-8.0 wt% of an impact reinforcing agent, 0.01-10 wt% of a lubricant, 0.1-5.0 wt% of a processing aid material, 2-5.0 wt% of a compound stabilizing agent, and 0.01-0.05 wt% of an antibacterial agent. And the middle layer comprises, with respect to 100 wt% of the PVC resin whose degree of polymerization is 800 to 1200, a resin composite composed of 0.1-8.0 wt% of POK, 0.1-3 wt% of a carbon nanotube, 0.1-2 wt% of a polycaprolactone-polyamine copolymer, 0.1-10 wt% of a filler, 0.1-5.0 wt% of titanium dioxide (white pigment), 0.1-8.0 wt% of an impact reinforcing agent, 0.01-10 wt% of a lubricant, 0.1-5.0 wt% of a processing aid material, and 2-5.0 wt% of a compound stabilizing agent. Impact strength, tensile strength, flexure strength, chemical resistance, wear resistance, and dimensional stability are improved. Also, a PVC resin content is relatively reduced to reduce a weight of a PVC pipe.
본 발명의 수도관 외층 및 내층은 중합도가 800 - 1200인 PVC레진 100중량부에 POK 0.1 - 8.0중량부, 충진제 0.1 - 10 중량부, 지당(백색 안료) 0.1 - 5.0 중량부, 충격보강제 0.1 - 8.0중량부, 활제 0.01 - 10 중량부, 가공조제 0.1 - 5.0중량부, 복합안정제 2 - 5.0중량부 및 항균제 0.01 - 0.05 중량부로 조성된 수지 조성물을, 그리고 중심층은 중합도 800 - 1200의 PVC레진 100중량부에 POK 0.1 - 8.0중량부, 탄소나노튜브 0.1 - 3중량부, 폴리카프로락톤-폴리아민 공중합체 0.1 - 2 중량부, 충진제 0.1 - 10 중량부, 지당(백색 안료) 0.1 - 5.0 중량부, 충격보강제 0.1 - 8.0중량부, 활제 0.01 - 10 중량부, 가공조제 0.1 - 5.0중량부 및 복합안정제 2 - 5.0 중량부 조성된 수지 조성물로 조성된 3중벽 수도관에 한 것으로 충격강도와 인장강도, 굴곡강도, 내화학성, 내마모성 및 치수안정성을 향상시킴과 동시에 PVC 수지의 배합량을 상대적으로 감소시킴으로써 PVC 파이프(관)의 중량을 감소시키는 등의 효과가 있다.
