JIG DEVICE FOR LIFTING STRUCTURE FOR CHANGING OR SAFETY INSPECTION FOR BRIDGE SEAT IN BRIDGE AND CHANGING METHOD FOR BRIDGE SEAT USING THAT
The present invention provides a jig device to lift a structure for the replacement or safety inspection of a bridge seat device of a bridge and a method to replace a bridge seat device using the same, capable of effectively preventing the separation of support members from a lower structure and accidents caused by the inclination of an upper structure when the upper structure is lifted by a lifting cylinder. The jig device comprises: a pair of support members having a holding protrusion part held on a lower structure of a bridge and arranged in both sides of the lower structure to face each other; mounting panels extended from the support members whereon a lifting cylinder to lift an upper structure is mounted; connection parts to connect the pair of support members such that the pair of support members can come in contact with the lower structure and to maintain a gap between the support members; and an angle adjustment part to adjust a contact part between the connection parts and the support members to maintain a state where the connection parts and the support members come in contact with each other when the pair of support members is separately arranged.
본 발명은, 교량의 하부구조물에 걸림결합되는 걸림턱부를 구비하고 상기 하부구조물 양측에 서로 대향되게 배치되는 한 쌍의 지지부재; 상기 지지부재로부터 연장되고 상부구조물을 상승시키는 인상실린더가 안착되는 안착패널; 상기 하부구조물에 한 쌍의 상기 지지부재가 밀착되게 설치되도록 한 쌍의 상기 지지부재를 연결하고 상기 지지부재 사이의 간격을 유지시키는 연결부; 및 한 쌍의 상기 지지부재가 이격되게 배치될 때에 상기 연결부와 상기 지지부재가 밀착된 상태를 유지시키도록 상기 연결부와 상기 지지부재 사이의 접촉부위를 가변시키는 각도조절부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
