STEEL PIPE FOR STEEL-CONCRETE COLUMNS AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING THE STEEL PIPE
The present invention relates to a steel pipe for a concrete-composite steel column and a column constructing method using the same and, more specifically, to a device and a method for providing a structure enabling a user to use wires or pipes embedded in a column conveniently while hiding the wires or pipes not to be exposed to the outside. The steel pipe for the concrete-composite steel column according to the present invention is characterized by including: the steel pipe (1) wherein a wire and pipe receiving unit (12) is formed by forming a cavity (11) for allowing concrete to be poured inside to form the column and forming a gutter recessed inward from the outer surface in a longitudinal direction; and a cover (2) for covering the wire and pipe receiving unit (12). The present invention is characterized by a fact that a blocking unit (21) to prevent concrete from flowing into the wire and pipe receiving unit (12) is additionally included in the upper part of the wire and pipe receiving unit (12) and a device unit (23) for installing a switch or a socket is additionally included in the cover (2).
본 발명은 철골 콘크리트 합성 기둥용 강관 및 이를 이용한 기둥 시공 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 기둥에 매설하는 배선 또는 배관 등을 보이지 않게 감추되 이를 편리하게 사용하기 위한 구조를 제공하는 장치와 방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 철골 콘크리트 합성 기둥용 강관은 기둥형성을 위해 내부에 콘크리트가 타설될 수 있도록 중공(中空)(11)이 형성되고, 외측면으로부터 내부로 함몰된 도랑이 상하 길이 방향으로 형성되어 배선·배관 수용부(12)가 형성된 강관(1) 및, 상기 배선·배관 수용부(12)를 덮기 위한 덮개(2)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하되, 상기 배선·배관 수용부(12)의 상단은 콘크리트가 배선·배관 수용부(12)로 흘러드는 것을 막기 위한 막음부(121)를 더 포함하고, 상기 덮개(2)는 스위치 또는 소켓 설치를 위한 장치부(23)를 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 한다.
