FIRE ESCAPE APPARATUS FOR BUILDING
The present invention relates to a fire escape device for a building installed on the bottom of a building to enable residents to quickly escape to a lower floor in case of a fire in a multistory building wherein the residents live on a floor having the fire, more specifically, to a fire escape device for a building, which comprises: an accommodating space penetrating a bottom slab; covers installed on each of the upper and lower surfaces of the floor slab to open or close the accommodating space; and an escape ladder installed in the accommodating space to provide an escape route for residents by being unfolded toward a lower floor if a cover is opened in case of a fire.
본 발명은 고층건물 등에 화재가 발생하면 화재가 발생한 층에 거주하는 거주자가 아래층으로 신속하게 대피할 수 있도록 건물의 바닥에 설치되는 건물용 화재피난장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 바닥슬래브를 관통하는 수용공간이 형성되며 수용공간을 개폐하도록 바닥슬래브의 상면과 하면에 각각 설치되는 덮개와 수용공간에 설치되는 피난용 사다리를 구비하여 화재 시 덮개를 개방하면 피난용 사다리가 아래층 방향으로 펼쳐짐으로 인해 거주자에게 대피경로를 제공할 수 있는 건물용 화재피난장치에 관한 것이다.
