CAR WASH DREDGED MATERIAL RECOVERY VEHICLE
The present invention relates to a car wash dredged material collection vehicle which dredges and collects waste produced in a car wash by vacuum suction, and then automatically discharges the waste quickly by spraying the waste and cleans the inside of a tank. The car wash dredged material collection vehicle according to the present invention comprises a cover to open and close a rear of a tank loaded on a dredging vehicle, and an air supply unit to discharge air in the tank or supply external air into the tank. A dredged material intake and a dredged material outtake are disposed on a rear of the cover of the tank. An intake pipe is installed on the dredged material intake to discharge dredged material to an upper side of the dredging tank, and a spray pipe is installed on the dredged material outtake to spray air onto the dredged material. The spray pipe is connected to an air supply hole with a connector. A spray nozzle is installed on a middle of the upper side of the dredging tank to clean the inside of the dredging tank.
본 발명은 세차장에서 발생되는 폐기물을 진공 흡입 방식으로 준설하여 수거한 후 공기분사에 의한 빠른 배출과 탱크내 청소가 자동으로 이루어질 수 있도록 하는 세차장 준설물 수거 운반차에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 준설차량에 탑재된 탱크의 후방을 개폐시키는 덮개가 구비되는 한편 탱크 내부 공기를 배출시키거나 외부 공기를 탱크로 공급하는 공기 공급부를 구비함에 있어서, 상기 탱크 덮개의 후방으로 준설물 배출구와 준설물 흡입구를 구비하되 상기 준설물 흡입구에는 준설탱크의 상측으로 준설물을 분출하는 흡입배관을 설치하고, 상기 준설물 배출구에는 준설물에 공기를 분사시키는 분사파이프를 설치하며, 상기 분사파이프는 공기 공급구와 컨넥터로 연결되게 하고, 준설탱크의 상측 중앙에 분사노즐을 설치하여 준설탱크의 내부를 물로 청소할 수 있도록 함으로써 이루어진다.
