본 발명은 최소 하나의 하수공(4)을 구비하는 유입면(1)과 유입면(1)에 장착되며 하수공(4)을 위로 배치되는 커버(6)로서 세척돌이 배치되는 공간을 감싸는 커버(6)로 구성되는 장치에 관한 것으로, 커버(6) 상에 다수의 개방공(15),(16)이 분포한다는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치에 관한 것이다. 커버(6)는 다양한 방향으로 유입면에 장착될 수 있고, 그 결과 다양한 개수로 커버의 표면적 상에 분포되어 개방공들이 특정 방향을 향하게 할 수 있다.
