FOREIGN SUBSTANCE FILTERING UNIT AND SINK DRAINPIPE ASSEMBLYWITH THE SAME
The present invention relates to a foreign substance filtering unit, including: a body which is installed in a upper body part of a sink drainpipe, and is formed with a mesh or porous structure to filter foreign substances included in sewage as allowing the sewage to pass through; a holding part which is formed on an upper part of the body, and is held around a circumference of an inner plane of the upper part of the body; and an insertion hole which is formed at a bottom of the body for a lower part of a cap to be inserted, where the cap is prepared to open or close an upper part of the body, and a sink drainpipe assembly having the same. The foreign substance filtering unit is located at a lower side of the cap, by installing the cap on the upper part of the body as being installed inside the upper part of the body separated from the cap as being detachable, and filters the foreign substances included in the sewage flowing into the body whose top is opened by the cap. According to the present invention, the foreign substance filtering unit prevents a drainage hole from being blocked by filtering foreign substances such as hair included in the drained water by a foreign substance filtering member, when the water is drained from the drainage hole of the sink through the body by opening of the cap. The foreign substance filtering member filtering the foreign substances can be installed and separated easily for maintenance and replacement. And the foreign substance filtering unit can perform the above filtering of the foreign substances stably, and can be applied to an existing sink drainpipe assembly easily.
본 발명은 세면대 하수관의 바디 상부 내측에 설치되고, 하수를 통과시키면서 하수에 포함되는 이물질이 걸리도록 일부 또는 전부에 걸쳐서 메쉬 또는 다공 구조로 이루어지는 몸체; 상기 몸체의 상부에 형성되고, 상기 바디의 상부 내측면 둘레에 형성되는 단턱에 걸리는 걸림부; 및 상기 바디의 상단을 개폐시키도록 마련되는 캡의 하부가 삽입되도록 상기 몸체의 저면에 형성되는 삽입홀;을 포함하고, 상기 캡이 분리된 상기 바디의 상부 내측에 착탈 가능하게 장착되어 상기 캡이 상기 바디의 상단에 설치됨으로써 상기 캡의 하측에 위치하고, 상기 캡에 의해 상단이 개방되는 상기 바디의 내측으로 유입되는 하수에 포함되는 이물질을 걸려내는 이물질 필터링 유닛 및 이를 가지는 세면대 하수관 어셈블리에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 캡의 개방에 의해 세면대의 배수구로부터 바디를 통해서 물을 배출시, 배출되는 물에 포함된 머리카락 등의 이물질이 이물질 필터링 부재에 의해 걸려지도록 하여 배수구가 막히는 현상을 방지하도록 하고, 이러한 이물질을 걸러내는 이물질 필터링 부재가 유지 및 교체 등을 위하여 용이하게 설치 및 분리될 수 있도록 할 뿐만 아니라, 이러한 이물질을 걸러내는 작용을 안정적으로 수행하도록 할 수 있도록 하며, 기존의 세면대 하수관 어셈블리에도 쉽게 적용할 수 있도록 한다.

The present invention relates to a foreign substance filtering unit, including: a body which is installed in a upper body part of a sink drainpipe, and is formed with a mesh or porous structure to filter foreign substances included in sewage as allowing the sewage to pass through; a holding part which is formed on an upper part of the body, and is held around a circumference of an inner plane of the upper part of the body; and an insertion hole which is formed at a bottom of the body for a lower part of a cap to be inserted, where the cap is prepared to open or close an upper part of the body, and a sink drainpipe assembly having the same. The foreign substance filtering unit is located at a lower side of the cap, by installing the cap on the upper part of the body as being installed inside the upper part of the body separated from the cap as being detachable, and filters the foreign substances included in the sewage flowing into the body whose top is opened by the cap. According to the present invention, the foreign substance filtering unit prevents a drainage hole from being blocked by filtering foreign substances such as hair included in the drained water by a foreign substance filtering member, when the water is drained from the drainage hole of the sink through the body by opening of the cap. The foreign substance filtering member filtering the foreign substances can be installed and separated easily for maintenance and replacement. And the foreign substance filtering unit can perform the above filtering of the foreign substances stably, and can be applied to an existing sink drainpipe assembly easily.
