METHOD FOR HERMETIC SEALING AND HERMETICALLY SEALED SUBSTRATE PACKAGE
The present invention relates to a method for hermetic sealing, and a hermetically sealed substrate package and, more specifically, to a method for hermetic sealing wherein glass frit paste is used to hermetically seal a space between two substrates, and to a substrate package manufactured thereby. To this end, the method for hermetic sealing according to the present invention comprises: a substrate preparing step of preparing a first substrate and a second substrate smaller than the first substrate; a glass frit paste applying step of disposing the first and the second substrate to face each other and applying glass frit paste to adhere to the edge of the upper part of the first substrate and to the sides of the second substrate; and a laser irradiation step of irradiating the applied glass frit paste with a laser to hermetically seal a space between the first and the second substrate.
본 발명은 기밀 밀봉 방법 및 기밀 밀봉된 기판 패키지에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 글라스 프릿 페이스트에 의해 두 기판 사이의 공간을 기밀하게 밀봉하는 기밀 밀봉 방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 기판 패키지에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해, 본 발명은 제 1 기판 및 상기 제 1 기판보다 크기가 작은 제 2 기판을 준비하는 기판 준비단계; 상기 제 1 기판과 상기 제 2 기판을 서로 대향하게 배치하고, 글라스 프릿 페이스트가 상기 제 1 기판의 상면 테두리 및 상기 제 2 기판의 측면에 접착되도록 상기 글라스 프릿 페이스트를 도포하는 글라스 프릿 페이스트 도포단계; 및 도포된 글라스 프릿 페이스트에 레이저를 조사하여 상기 제 1 기판과 상기 제 2 기판 사이의 공간을 기밀 밀봉하는 레이저 조사단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기밀 밀봉 방법을 제공한다.
