SPACER FOR ADJUSTING HIGHT AND SPACE OF REBAR
The present invention relates to a spacer capable of adjusting a position and height of a vertical and horizontal rebar, and the purpose of the present invention is to enable a user to control height and prevent deformation of a vertical and horizontal rebar due to a load. According to the present invention, the spacer capable of adjusting a position and height of a vertical and horizontal rebar comprises: a base plate (10) supported by a floor surface of slab; and first and second bar arrangement blocks (20, 30) installed in first and second rails of the base plate. The first and second bar arrangement blocks comprise: first and second moving plates (21, 31); first and second supports (22, 32); first and second blocks (23, 33); and a plurality of first and second guide rods (25, 35).
본 발명은 종횡 철근의 위치 변경 및 높이 조정이 가능한 스페이서에 관한 것으로, 서로 직교하는 종철근과 횡철근의 위치를 자유롭게 변경할 수 있고 종횡철근을 지지하는 구성의 무게 중심을 중앙에 맞추어 높이 조정이 원활함과 아울러 종횡철근의 하중에 의한 변형을 방지함을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 의한 종횡 철근의 위치 변경 및 높이 조정이 가능한 스페이서는, 상면에 서로 직교하는 방향의 제1,2레일(11,12)이 구비되는 판상이며 슬래브의 바닥면에 지지되는 베이스판(10)과; 각각 종철근과 횡철근이 안착되며 상기 베이스판의 제1,2레일에 각각 상기 종철근과 횡철근과 직교하는 방향으로 이동 가능하게 설치되는 제1,2배근 블록(20,30)을 포함하고, 상기 제1,2배근 블록은 상기 제1,2레일에 각각 이동 가능하게 장착되는 제1,2이동판(21,31), 상기 제1,2이동판의 상면 중앙에 제자리 회전 가능하게 설치되며 상면에 공구연결부가 구비된 제1,2서포트(22,32), 저부에 상기 제1,2서포트에 나사 체결되는 제1,2나사관(24,34)이 고정되며 상면에 상기 종횡철근이 각각 삽입 배근되는 제1,2배근홈이 구비된 제1,2블록(23,33) 및 상기 제1,2이동판에 세워지면서 상기 제1,2블록에 관통되어 상기 제1,2블록의 승강을 안내하는 다수의 제1,2가이드봉(25,35)을 포함하며, 이에 의하여 상기 제1,2배근 블록이 상기 제1,2레일에 의해 상기 종횡철근의 배근 방향을 따라 이동하는 한편 상기 제1,2블록의 중앙에 상하로 관통 형성된 제1,2공구홀(23b,33b)을 통해 상기 제1,2서포트의 공구연결부에 끼워지는 공구의 회전에 의해 상기 제1,2블록이 각각 높이 조절된다.
