A LOCKING TYPE MANHOLE ASSEMBLY
Disclosed in the present invention is a lockup type manhole assembly equipped with a cover raising device comprising: a manhole frame in a shape of tube forming a supporting jaw on an inner surface; a cover plate with a lower surface rim seated on the supporting jaw, having a through-hole on a central part; a supporter disposed on an inner surface of the manhole frame on a lower part of the supporting jaw; a lift lever which raises the cover plate to an upper part of the manhole frame by pushing up the cover plate in a state of being stuck in a gap formed on a lower surface of the cover plate; a lockup key operated in a state of being inserted in a through-hole of the cover plate to be accommodated in a lockup space formed between the lower surface of the supporting jaw and the upper surface of the supporter, or to lock or release a locking lever or the cover plate separating from the lockup space; and a key box which operates the lift lever and the locking lever using a revolving rotary mechanism which rotates in accordance with the operation of the lockup key. When the rotary mechanism is rotated in a releasing direction, the locking lever is separated from the lockup space and the lift lever raises the cover plate by pushing up the cover plate. When the rotary mechanism is rotated in the lockup direction, the locking lever is accommodated in the lockup space and at the same time, the end part of a side of the lift lever is separated from a gap on a lower surface of the cover plate, thus seating a rim of a lower surface of the cover plate on the supporting jaw.
본 발명에 따른 뚜껑 부양장치를 구비한 잠금식 맨홀 조립체는 내측면에 받침턱이 형성된 관형의 맨홀틀, 저면 테두리가 상기 받침턱에 얹혀지고, 중심부에 관통공이 형성된 뚜껑판, 상기 받침턱의 하부에서 상기 맨홀틀의 내측면에 형성되는 지지대, 상기 뚜껑판의 저면에 형성된 틈새에 박힌 상태로 상기 뚜껑판을 밀어올려 상기 맨홀틀 상부로 상기 뚜껑판을 부양시키는 리프트 레버, 상기 받침턱의 저면과 상기 지지대의 상면 사이에 형성된 잠금공간에 수용되거나 상기 잠금공간에서 이탈되는 록킹 레버, 상기 뚜껑판을 상기 맨홀틀에 잠금하거나 잠금해제하기 위하여 상기 뚜껑판의 관통공에 삽입된 상태에서 조작하는 잠금키, 및 상기 잠금키의 조작에 따라 회전하는 회전 기구를 이용하여 상기 리프트 레버와 상기 록킹 레버를 작동시킬 수 있는 키박스를 포함하되, 상기 회전 기구를 잠금해제 방향으로 회전하는 경우 상기 록킹 레버가 상기 잠금공간에서 이탈됨과 동시에 상기 리프트 레버는 상기 뚜껑판을 밀어올려 부양하고, 상기 회전 기구를 잠금 방향으로 회전하는 경우 상기 록킹 레버가 상기 잠금공간에 수용됨과 동시에 상기 리프트 레버의 일측 단부가 상기 뚜껑판의 저면 틈새에서 빠져나옴으로써 상기 뚜껑판의 저면 테두리가 상기 받침턱에 얹혀지게 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
