DUST REMOVING MACHINE IMPROVING A LOWER IMPURITIES COLLECTED
The present invention relates to a dust removing machine with an improved collecting function to lower impurities and, more specifically, relates to the dust removing machine comprising: a main body part composed of a main screen disposed in a waterway with an inclination to filtrate impurities, a front screen to filtrate impurities flowing between the main screen and the waterway, and a frame to support the main screen and the front screen; a sprocket part interlocked by a first rotary shaft by being located on both sides of an upper part of the frame, having a first chain sprocket rotated by a driving part and a second chain sprocket located on both sides of the lower part of the frame interlocked by a second rotary shaft; a chain part installed to sequentially reciprocate the first chain sprocket and the second chin sprocket; and a plurality of rakes coupled to the chain part and formed in a shape of a rake to lift the impurities filtrated with the main screen and the front screen. According to the present invention, gases are exhausted through a discharging hole of the rotary shaft which interlocks the second chain sprocket, and the impurities left on a lower part of a waterway are floated and lifted by the rakes.
본 발명은 하부 협잡물 수거 기능이 향상된 제진기에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 경사진 형태로 수로에 구비되어 협잡물을 거르는 메인스크린, 상기 메인스크린과 상기 수로의 하부면 사이에서 유동되는 협잡물을 거르는 프론트스크린 및 상기 메인스크린과 프론트스크린을 지지하도록 구비되는 프레임으로 이루어지는 본체부; 상기 프레임의 상부 양측에 위치되어 제1회전축에 의해 연동되고 구동부에 의해 회전되는 제1체인스프라켓 및 상기 프레임의 하부 양측에 위치되어 제2회전축에 의해 연동되는 제2체인스프라켓으로 이루어지는 스프라켓부; 상기 제1체인스프라켓 및 제2체인스프라켓을 순차적으로 왕복하도록 설치되는 체인부; 및 상기 체인부에 결합되어 상기 메인스크린 및 프론트스크린에 걸러지는 협잡물을 상부로 인양하도록 갈퀴 형상으로 형성되는 복수개의 레이크로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 제2체인스프라켓을 연동시키는 회전축의 배출홀을 통해 기체를 배출하여 수로의 하부에 방치되는 협잡물을 부유시켜 레이크에 의해 인양될 수 있도록 하는 장점이 있다.
