STRUCTURAL MOLD FOR REINFORCED CONCRETE COLUMN USING PROFILED STEEL PLATE
The present invention relates to a pillar mold. More specifically, the present invention relates to a permanent pillar mold using a formed steel plate which acts as a mold when concrete is placed; is integrally combined with concrete after hardening the concrete; and provides concrete with a binding effect, thus increasing strength and rigidity of the pillar. According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the permanent pillar mold using a formed steel plate, which is constructed outside a main reinforcement which is vertically arranged to form the pillar, and a tie hoop which encloses the main reinforcement at regular intervals in a longitudinal direction of the main reinforcement, comprises: a channel-shaped formed steel plate, including a plate-shaped base part with a certain length, and a flange part that is vertically curved on both ends of a base part to have a channel section with a certain length wherein a plurality of the channel-shaped formed steel plates are mutually combined with the flange parts to form each side of the pillar; a mold main body, including a corner angle constructed to form an edge part having an L-shaped section and a lip part by inwardly and vertically bending the corner edge on each outer end of the edge part to be combined with an edge part of the outermost channel-shaped formed steel plate; and a lateral reinforcing member combined with each inner side of the mold body at regular intervals in a longitudinal direction of the mold main body, forming an inserting groove corresponding to the channel-shaped formed steel plate of the mold main body and the flange part of the corner angle such that the flange part is inserted into the inserting groove to be combined.
본 발명은 기둥 거푸집에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 콘크리트 타설시 거푸집의 역할을 하며, 콘크리트 경화 후 콘크리트와 일체로 합성되고 콘크리트에 구속효과를 부여하여 기둥의 강도와 강성을 증가시키는 성형강판을 이용한 기둥 영구거푸집에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시 예는 기둥을 형성하기 위하여 수직으로 배근되는 주근 및 주근의 길이방향의 일정 간격으로 주근을 둘러싸도록 구성되는 띠철근의 외부에 구성되는 거푸집에 있어서, 일정길이를 갖는 판형상의 베이스부와, 베이스부의 양단부에서 직각으로 절곡되는 플랜지부로 구성되어 ㄷ형 단면형상으로 일정 길이를 갖도록 형성되며 다수개를 플랜지부가 상호 결합되어 기둥의 각 변을 이루도록 구성하는 ㄷ형 성형강판과, ㄴ형 단면을 갖는 모서리부와 모서리부의 각 외측 단부에서 내측으로 직각으로 절곡되어 립부를 형성하도록 구성되어 최외곽의 ㄷ형 성형강판의 모서리부에 결합되는 코너 앵글로 구성되는 거푸집 본체와; 거푸집 본체의 길이방향의 일정 간격마다 거푸집 본체의 내측의 각변에 결합되되, 거푸집 본체의 ㄷ형 성형강판과 코너 앵글의 플랜지부에 대응하는 끼움홈이 형성되어, 끼움홈에 플랜지부가 끼워져 결합되는 횡보강 부재;로 구성된다.
