VENTILATION FACILITIES FOR EASY MAINTENANCE OF COMMON DUCT
The present invention relates to a ventilation facility for safety maintenance of an underground tunnel facility. The ventilation facility is to provide pleasant environment for an underground tunnel facility by discharging air into the underground tunnel facility and supplying fresh outer air to the inside, provide a moving path in order for a worker to safety move, and prevent a cover from being collapsed by load transmission. According to the present invention, the ventilation facility for safety maintenance of an underground tunnel facility comprises: a ventilation duct (10) connected to the inside of the underground tunnel facility (1) and having an exhaust pipe connected to the upper side of the ground; a porous cover (20) connected to an upper opening part of the ventilation duct to be separated; and a strut pipe (30) installed in the ventilation duct in a vertical longitudinal direction and providing a ventilation path and a moving path to the inside and the outside. The strut pipe includes: a strut pipe main body (40) of which the upper and lower part are open to enable ventilation and movements of the worker; multiple struts (50) arranged in the vertical longitudinal direction at a fixed height from each other and formed to be symmetric around the strut main body on the circumference of the strut main body, wherein the end of the struts is anchored to the ventilation duct; a ladder (60) formed between the struts; and a guard protecting the worker using the ladder since one side of the guard is connected to the circumference of the strut main body to be folded by a hinge (73).
본 발명은 지하공동구의 안전 유지관리용 환기 시설에 관한 것으로, 지하공동구 내부 공기의 배기와 신선한 외기의 급기를 통해 지하공동구를 쾌적한 환경으로 조성함은 물론 작업자가 안전하게 이동하도록 이동경로를 제공하고 덮개가 하중전가에 의해 붕괴되는 것을 막는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 의한 지하공동구의 안전 유지관리용 환기 시설은, 지하공동구(1)의 내부와 연통하며 배기구가 지상과 연통하도록 형성되는 환기덕트(10)와; 상기 환기덕트의 상단 개방부에 분리 가능하게 결합되는 다공성의 덮개(20)와; 상기 환기덕트의 내부에 상하 종방향을 따라 설치되며 내부와 외부에 환기로 및 이동로를 제공하는 버팀관(30)을 포함하고, 상기 버팀관은 환기 및 작업자의 이동이 가능하도록 상하부가 개방된 버팀관 본체(40), 상기 버팀관 본체의 둘레부에 상기 버팀관 본체를 중심으로 하여 좌우 대칭으로 형성되며 상호 간에 일정 높이를 두고 상하 종방향으로 배열되면서 단부가 상기 환기 덕트에 앵커링되는 다수의 지지대(50), 상기 지지대들 사이에 형성되는 사다리(60), 상기 버팀관 본체의 둘레부에 일측이 힌지(73)를 통해 절첩 가능하도록 결합되어 상기 사다리를 이용하여 출입하는 작업자를 보호하는 가드(70)를 포함한다.

The present invention relates to a ventilation facility for safety maintenance of an underground tunnel facility.
