The present invention relates to a waterproof solidifying mat composition including polymer cement and a waterproof solidifying mat manufacturing method using the same. The waterproof solidifying mat includes a rapidly cured polymer cement, a nonwoven fabric, a waterproof sheet, a grid, and a fixing means. When the waterproof solidifying mat is built in industrial facilities using concrete such as watercourses, ditches, sewage facilities, slope protection structures, and embankments, the waterproof solidifying mat can ensure ease of use and rapid curing to be used after 24 hours from the installation. The waterproof solidifying mat can be applied to conventional concrete structures such as drains, ditches, sewage facilities, slope protection structures, and embankments. The present invention can ensure ease of use and reduce the costs of labor, equipment, and materials used in a conventional concrete structure construction operation executed for an extended period.
본 발명은 속경형 폴리머 시멘트가 내장된 방수고화매트 조성물 및 그 조성물이 적용된 방수고화매트의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 속경형 폴리머 시멘트, 부직포, 방수시트, 그리드(GRID) 및 고정수단을 포함하는 것을 기술적 특징으로 하며, 배수로, 도랑, 하수시설, 경사면보호, 제방뿐만 아니라 콘크리트를 사용하고 있는 산업의 시설물에 시공시 사용자의 편리함과 속경형으로 24시간 이후에 사용이 가능한 장점이 있으며, 기존의 배수로, 도랑, 하수시설, 경사면보호, 제방 등 콘크리트 시설물에 적용이 가능하며, 기존의 콘크리트 시설물 공사는 장기간인 경우 인력, 장비, 자재 등 경제적으로 발생하는 비용 소모가 컸으나, 본 발명은 시공시 사용자 편리함과 경제적 비용절감 효과를 기대할 수 있다.
