ROLLER APPARATUS FOR OPEN-CLOSE TYPE AWNING AND, OPEN-CLOSE TYPE AWNING COMPRISING THE SAME
Provided is a roller apparatus for an opening and closing type awning, comprising: a plurality of rail frames (130) extending in a longitudinal (L) direction, having a rail groove (131) extendedly formed on one side thereof, and disposed to be spaced apart from one another in a widthwise (W) direction; a plurality of moving frames (140) extending in the widthwise (W) direction to cross the rail frames (130) and disposed to be spaced apart from one another; and an awning (150) installed between the moving frames which slides along the rail groove (131) to move the moving frames (140) forwards and backwards to open and close the awning (150), comprising a first plate part (210) horizontally disposed and inserted into the rail frame (130) having first rollers (211) fastened to both side positions thereof exposed to the outside and supportedly rotated on an inner surface of a mounting plate (132) having the rail groove (131) of the rail frame (130), an insertion part (220) extending from a center of the first plate part (210) vertically and supportedly inserted into the rail groove (131), and a second plate part (230) horizontally disposed below the insertion part (220) facing the first plate part (210) having second rollers (231) fastened to both side portions thereof, exposed to the outside, and supportedly rotated on an outer surface of the mounting plate (132).
본 발명에 따르면, 길이방향(L)으로 연장되어 일측에는 레일홈(131)이 길게 형성되고 폭방향(W)으로 이격배치된 복수의 레일프레임(130)과, 폭방향(W)으로 연장되어 각 레일프레임(130)과 교차되게 이격배치된 복수의 이동프레임(140) 사이에 장착되며, 상기 레일홈(131)을 따라 슬라이딩하면서 상기 이동프레임(140)을 전,후방으로 이동시켜 각 이동프레임(140) 사이에 고정된 차양막(150)을 개폐시키는 개폐형 어닝용 롤러장치에 있어서, 수평배치되어 상기 레일프레임(130)의 내부에 삽입되고, 양측 위치에는 외부로 노출되어 상기 레일프레임(130)의 레일홈(131)이 형성된 장착판(132)의 내측면에 지지되며 회전하는 제1롤러(211)가 체결된 제1판부(210); 상기 제1판부(210)의 중앙으로부터 수직되게 연장형성되며 상기 레일홈(131)에 삽입되며 지지되는 끼움부(220); 및 수평배치되어 상기 제1판부(210)와 대향하는 끼움부(220)의 하부에 배치되어 상기 이동프레임(140)의 양측 단부에 장착되며, 양측 위치에는 외부로 노출되어 상기 장착판(132)의 외측면에 지지되며 회전하는 제2롤러(231)가 체결된 제2판부(230);를 포함하는 개폐형 어닝용 롤러장치를 개시한다.

Provided is a roller apparatus for an opening and closing type awning, comprising: a plurality of rail frames (130) extending in a longitudinal (L) direction, having a rail groove (131) extendedly formed on one side thereof, and disposed to be spaced apart from one another in a widthwise (W) direction; a plurality of moving frames (140) extending in the widthwise (W) direction to cross the rail frames (130) and disposed to be spaced apart from one another; and an awning (150) installed between the moving frames which slides along the rail groove (131) to move the moving frames (140) forwards and backwards to open and close the awning (150), comprising a first plate part (210) horizontally disposed and inserted into the rail frame (130) having first rollers (211) fastened to both side positions thereof exposed to the outside and supportedly rotated on an inner surface of a mounting plate (132) having the rail groove (131) of the rail frame (130), an insertion part (220) extending from a center of the first plate part (210) vertically and supportedly inserted into the rail groove (131), and a second plate part (230) horizontally disposed below the insertion part (220) facing the first plate part (210) having second rollers (231) fastened to both side portions thereof, exposed to the outside, and supportedly rotated on an outer surface of the mounting plate (132).
본 발명에 따르면, 길이방향(L)으로 연장되어 일측에는 레일홈(131)이 길게 형성되고 폭방향(W)으로 이격배치된 복수의 레일프레임(130)과, 폭방향(W)으로 연장되어 각 레일프레임(130)과 교차되게 이격배치된 복수의 이동프레임(140) 사이에 장착되며, 상기 레일홈(131)을 따라 슬라이딩하면서 상기 이동프레임(140)을 전,후방으로 이동시켜 각 이동프레임(140) 사이에 고정된 차양막(150)을 개폐시키는 개폐형 어닝용 롤러장치에 있어서, 수평배치되어 상기 레일프레임(130)의 내부에 삽입되고, 양측 위치에는 외부로 노출되어 상기 레일프레임(130)의 레일홈(131)이 형성된 장착판(132)의 내측면에 지지되며 회전하는 제1롤러(211)가 체결된 제1판부(210); 상기 제1판부(210)의 중앙으로부터 수직되게 연장형성되며 상기 레일홈(131)에 삽입되며 지지되는 끼움부(220); 및 수평배치되어 상기 제1판부(210)와 대향하는 끼움부(220)의 하부에 배치되어 상기 이동프레임(140)의 양측 단부에 장착되며, 양측 위치에는 외부로 노출되어 상기 장착판(132)의 외측면에 지지되며 회전하는 제2롤러(231)가 체결된 제2판부(230);를 포함하는 개폐형 어닝용 롤러장치를 개시한다.
