COMPLEX WATERPROOFING STRUCTURE FOR REINFORCING CONNECTION USING THE WATERPROOFING SHEET AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a compound waterproof structure for reinforcing a joint using an air-permeable waterproof sheet and an installation method thereof. Specifically, an effect by a crack or a movement occurring on a floor surface of a concrete structure is minimized. An upper felt layer made of long fiber is thermally bonded on an upper portion of a plastic film layer having a plurality of through holes to prevent a waterproof layer from inflating to perform an effective water proof function around the plastic film layer. A plurality of air-permeable waterproof sheets on which a lower felt layer made of long fiber and napped into a hook form is thermally bonded are disposed on a lower portion of the plastic film layer and arranged at prescribed intervals on the concrete floor surface. A Velcro joint member is attached to a lower surface of the waterproof sheets to connect adjacent waterproof sheets.
본 발명은 통기성 방수시트를 이용한 조인트 보강형 복합방수구조 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 특히 콘크리트 구조물의 바닥면에서 발생되는 균열이나 거동에 의한 영향을 최소화하고, 방수층의 부풀음을 방지하여 효과적인 방수성능을 가지도록 다수의 관통공이 형성된 플라스틱 필름층을 중심으로 상기 플라스틱 필름층의 상부에 장섬유로 이루어진 상부부직포층이 열융착되고, 상기 플라스틱 필름층의 하부에 장섬유로 이루어져 걸림고리 형태로 기모처리된 하부부직포층이 열융착된 통기성 방수시트가 다수 개 구비되어 콘크리트 바닥면에 소정의 간격으로 배열되며, 상기 방수시트 하부면에 벨크로 타입의 조인트부재가 접착되어 인접한 방수시트 간을 연결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통기성 방수시트를 이용한 조인트 보강형 복합방수구조 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것이다.
