CONCRETE WALL FORMWORK REINFORCING BAR COUPLING DEVICE
The present invention relates to a reinforced bar connection device for a concrete wall which enables convenient construction which improves productivity on the reinforced bar connector, and which strongly connects a connected reinforced bar when the reinforced bar connection device is connected to one side of the reinforced bar; and is coupled to a flat tie fixated on the form protruding therefrom to connect the form and the reinforced bar used in the construction of a concrete wall. According to the present invention, the reinforced bar connection device for a concrete wall comprises: a reinforced bar having joints and protrusions; a first reinforced bar connector formed into a shape of a semi-cylindrical pipe to be coupled to an upper part in a state where a part of the reinforced bar is embedded having holding grooves formed on an inner circumference at regular intervals corresponding to the protrusions of the reinforced bar; a second reinforced bar connector formed into a shape of a semi-cylindrical pipe to be coupled to a lower part in a state where a part of the reinforced bar is embedded having holding grooves formed on an inner circumference at regular intervals corresponding to the protrusion of the reinforced bar; a plurality of connection protrusion parts integrally protruding from both sides of the first and the second reinforced bar connector longitudinally formed at a predetermined interval while having a penetrated connection hole; fixing bolts longitudinally inserted in the connection hole of the connection protrusion parts communicated to each other by vertically coupling the first and the second reinforced bar connector on an end of a first and a second reinforced bar to be fixated and rotated; and holding protrusions protruding from one surface of an upper and a lower part of the first and the second reinforced bar connector to head in a specific direction.
본 발명은 콘크리트 벽체 시공에 사용되는 거푸집과 철근의 연결할 목적으로 철근의 일측과 철근 연결장치를 상호 연결하고 거푸집에 고정되어 돌출된 플랫타이와 체결함에 있어서 간편한 시공을 가능케 하며, 철근 연결구에 대한 생산성을 향상시키며, 연결되어진 철근을 견고하게 연결할 수 있는 콘크리트 벽체용 철근 연결장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 위한 본 발명의 콘크리트 벽체용 철근 연결장치는, 마디와 돌기를 가지는 철근; 상기 철근의 일부를 내포하여 상부에서 결합하도록 반원통형관의 형태이면서 내주면으로 철근의 돌기와 대응되는 걸림홈이 등간격으로 형성되는 제1철근연결구; 상기 철근의 일부를 내포하여 하부에서 결합하도록 반원통형관의 형태이면서 내주면으로 철근의 돌기와 대응되는 걸림홈이 등간격으로 형성되는 제2철근연결구; 상기 제1철근연결구와 제2철근연결구의 양측에 일체형으로 돌출되게 형성되어 통공된 연결공를 가지며 길이방향으로 소정의 간격으로 다수 형성된 연결돌출부; 상기 제1철근과 제2철근의 끝단들을 중심으로 제1철근연결구와 제2철근연결구의 상,하 결합으로 서로 상통되는 연결돌출부의 연결공에 길이방향으로 삽입되어 고정 및 회동 가능하도록 결합하는 고정볼트; 상기 제1철근연결구와 제2철근연결구의 각각에 상,하부의 일면으로부터 돌출되어 일방향을 향하는 걸림턱으로 이루어지는 것이다.
