PREFABRICATED STAIR HAVING CONVERTIBLE STAIR PANEL
Provided is a prefabricated stair having a stair panel horizontally movable to allow an installation operation of a prefabricated stair and construction work for installing a wall surface of a stair case in parallel to facilitate the installation of the prefabricated stair and construction of the stair case, shorten a construction period of the prefabricated stair and the stair case, and allow a stringer frame, each stair prop and each stair panel to be disassembled and re-used when the stair case is torn down. The prefabricated stair having a movable stair panel, wherein a plurality of stair props is installed at regular intervals on both stringer frames installed inside a staircase of a building to be inclined at a predetermined angle and a plurality of movable stair panels is installed on each stair prop to be moved, comprises: the stair props fixedly installed to be spaced apart from one another on each stringer frame, and having one or more adjustment spaces and cutaway portions opening the adjustment spaces upwards; a fixing bolt provided such that a head portion thereof is positioned in each of the one or more adjustment spaces of the stair props and a male screw portion protrudes upwards through each of the cutaway portions; one or more movement adjusting units including supports each having an insertion space opened at a predetermined interval to allow the male screw portion of the fixing bolt to be inserted therein and symmetrically formed to be exposed from the bottom of the stair case and a slide guide groove formed to extend in the horizontal longitudinal direction of the stair case and allowing the stair panel to be installed in a horizontal lateral direction of the stringer frame with respect to the fixing bolt inserted into the insertion space formed in the support; and a quadrangular washer inserted to be movable in the slide guide groove formed in each of the movement adjusting units and having a female screw hole into which the male screw unit of the fixing bolt inserted into the insertion space of the support is screwed.
본 발명은 이동 설치가 가능한 계단판이 형성된 조립식 계단에 관한 것으로, 건물의 계단실 내측에 일정각도로 경사지게 설치되는 양측 스트링거 프레임 각각에 일정간격으로 설치되는 복수의 계단고임쇠와, 상기 계단고임쇠 각각에 이동 가능하게 설치되는 복수의 계단판으로 구성되는 조립식 계단에 있어서, 상기 스트링거 프레임에 일정간격으로 고정 설치되며, 하나 이상의 조절공간과 상기 조절공간이 상향으로 개구되도록 하는 절개부가 형성되어 있는 계단고임쇠와; 상기 계단고임쇠 각각에 하나 이상으로 형성되어 있는 조절공간에는 머리부분이 위치하고, 수나사부는 절개부를 통해 상향으로 돌출하도록 형성되는 고정볼트와; 상기 고정볼트의 수나사부를 삽입시킬 수 있도록 일정간격으로 벌어진 삽입공간이 형성된 채 상기 계단판의 저부에 노출되도록 대칭 형성되는 지지턱과, 상기 지지턱에 형성된 삽입틈새로 삽입된 고정볼트를 기준하여 상기 계단판을 스트링거 프레임의 좌,우 폭방향으로 이동 설치할 수 있도록 하는 슬라이드 안내홈이 계단판의 좌,우 길이방향으로 길게 형성되는 하나 이상의 이동조절수단과; 상기 이동조절수단에 형성된 슬라이드 안내홈에 이동 설치가 가능하게 삽입 설치되며, 상기 지지턱 사이의 삽입틈새로 삽입되는 고정볼트의 수나사부가 나사조립되는 암나사공이 형성되어 있는 사각와샤를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 발명이다.
