METHOD FOR PRODUCING A RIGID REINFORCEMENT OF STREETLIGHTS AND A RIGID REINFORCEMENT OF STREETLIGHTS
The present invention relates to a method for producing streetlights having reinforced rigidity, comprising: a step of preparing a supporter which prevents a lamp post from being bent by reinforcing rigidity of the lamp post provided with a lamp; a step of installing a flange at the lower end of the lamp post; and a step of installing a supporter in the lamp post, and to a streetlight having reinforced rigidity which is produced by the method. According to the present invention, since it is possible to suppress bending caused by an external force or stress generated in the streetlight, the service life of the streetlight can be extended by effectively preventing the streetlight from being damaged.
본 발명은 강성보강 가로등의 제조방법 및 그 강성보강 가로등에 관한 것으로, 등기구가 설치되는 등주의 강성을 보강하여 등주의 휨 변형을 억제하는 서포터를 준비하는 서포터 준비단계; 상기 등주의 하단에 플랜지를 설치하는 플랜지 설치단계; 및 상기 등주에 상기 서포터를 설치하는 서포터 설치단계;를 포함하는 강성보강 가로등의 제조방법과 이러한 제조방법에 의해 제조되는 강성보강 가로등을 포함하여 구성된다. 본 발명에 의하면, 외력 또는 가로등에 발생되는 응력에 의한 휨 변형을 억제할 수 있기 때문에 가로등이 파손되는 것을 효과적으로 방어하여 가로등 자체의 수명을 연장시킬 수 있다.
