THE RECYCLABLE ECO-FRINDLY ARTIFICIAL TURF TREATED ECO-FRIENDLY POLYMERIZATION ACRYLATE LATEX AND PRODUCTION METHOD
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing eco-friendly artificial turf coating liquid containing a recyclable eco-friendly acrylate copolymer, and eco-friendly artificial turf manufactured by the same which use artificial turf coating liquid to which an acrylate copolymer is added to maximize a drawing force and a drawing maintenance rate of a target artificial turf pile with respect to an artificial turf forming sheet by employing the artificial turf coating liquid to produce artificial turf when performing a series of process for manufacturing the artificial turf. The method for manufacturing eco-friendly artificial turf coating liquid containing a recyclable eco-friendly acrylate copolymer mixes styrene-butadiene latex, zinc oxide, calcium carbonate (CaCO_3), a tackifier, water, fillers, and a flame retardant agent. An acrylate copolymer is additionally mixed to improve a drawing force and a drawing maintenance rate of a target artificial turf pile with respect to an artificial turf forming sheet.
본 발명은 인조잔디를 제조하기 위한 일련의 공정을 실시함에 있어 아크릴레이트 공중합체가 첨가된 인조잔디 코팅액을 사용하되 이러한 인조잔디 코팅액의 채택으로 인조잔디를 구현함에 따라 인조잔디 기포지에 대한 대상 인조잔디 파일의 인발력과 인발 유지율이 적극 극대화되는 재활용이 가능한 친환경 아크릴레이트 공중합체가 첨가된 친환경 인조잔디 코팅액의 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조되는 친환경 인조잔디에 관한 것으로, 스틸렌-부타디엔 라텍스(styrene-butadiene latex)와, 산화아연(zinc oxide)과, 탄산칼슘(CaCO)과, 증점제와, 물과, 충전제(Fillers)와, 방염제(Flame retardant agent)의 혼합으로 이루어지되, 아크릴레이트 공중합체(acrylates copolymer)의 부가 혼합이 실시됨에 따라 인조잔디 기포지에 대한 대상 인조잔디 파일의 인발력과 인발 유지율이 향상되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
