The present invention relates to a windproof and soundproof window minimizing a gap between a window ledge and a window frame, and more specifically, minimizing the gap between an inner upper end of the window ledge and an upper end of the window frame in order to prevent wind or a noise from being introduced to the inside. According to the present invention, the windproof and soundproof window comprises: an outer window ledge installed in a wall of a building and where a coupling protrusion is formed inside an edge; an inner window ledge inserted into the coupling protrusion of the outer window ledge to be fixated and wherein a guide rail is formed in an upper and lower window ledge member and one side window ledge member is formed to be opened and closed; and a window guided by the guide rail while one side window ledge member of the inner window ledge is opened to be inserted into the inner window ledge and upper and lower ends are closely attached to be slid to the guide rail.
본 발명은 창틀과 창문프레임 사이의 틈, 특히 창틀의 내측 상단과 창문프레임의 상단 사이의 틈을 최소화함으로써 바람이나 소음이 내부로 유입되지 않도록 하는 방풍방음 창호에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 방풍방음 창호는, 건물의 벽에 설치되고 가장자리 내측에는 결합단턱이 형성되는 외부창틀과, 상기 외부창틀의 결합단턱에 끼워져 고정되며 상하부 창틀부재에는 가이드레일이 형성되며 일측 창틀부재가 개폐가능하게 형성되는 내부창틀과, 상기 내부창틀의 일측 창틀부재가 개방된 상태에서 상기 가이드레일에 의해 안내되어 상기 내부창틀 내로 끼워지고 상하단은 상기 가이드레일에 슬라이딩 가능하게 밀착되는 창문을 포함한다.
