ACRYLATE GROUTING COMPOSITION FOR WATER LEAKS
The present invention relates to an acrylic injection agent composition for repairing water leaks, which is prepared by mixing a first solution and a second solution in a ratio of one to one based on the weight ratio. The first solution is prepared by cross-linking acrylic acid metallic salts using an epoxy acrylate resin which has nondistensibility. The second solution comprises a persulfate compound and a stabilizer as main components. According to the present invention, the acrylic injection agent composition does not cause damages to a structure due to little water-swelling property when in contact with water nor cause environmental problems due to a hardened member to the periphery. In addition, the acrylic injection agent composition is a double-fluid type and has enhanced tensile property, permeability resistance, and durability.
본 발명은 누수 보수용 아크릴 주입제 조성물에 관한 것이다. 이는 아크릴산 금속염류를 무팽창성 에폭시아크릴레이트 수지를 사용하여 가교한 제1용액; 및 퍼설페이트 화합물과 안정제를 주성분으로 하는 제2용액을 1:1의 중량비로 혼합한 것이다.이에 따라 물과 접촉시 수팽창이 거의 없어 구조체에 손상이 안가고 주변에 경화체로 인한 환경문제를 일으키지 않으며, 인장성, 투수저항성, 내구성이 향상된 누수 보수용 이액형 아크릴 주입제 조성물을 제공하는 효과가 있다.
