RAILWAY SAFETY BARRIER FENCE
The present invention relates to a safety fence for a railroad track formed into a shape which is detachable in a short time while having a durable structure to protect workers to repair a railroad track from a driving train, and is usable in a curved section. The safety fence for the railroad track comprises: a horizontal unit with a predetermined diameter, and a length horizontally arranged; a fixing unit fixated and installed in a front end of the horizontal unit; a vertical unit hinge-joined to a free end of the horizontal unit, and extended in a vertical direction at the same time; seating units fixated and installed in predetermined parts of the horizontal unit; and a safety rod inserted into the seating units. The safety fence is firmly fixated by being assembled in a fastening and fitting method, thus being rapidly installed. Additionally, a single fixing unit is applicable to a linear section and a curved section of a railroad track as the fixing unit has a minimum width such that manufacturing a separate fixing unit for a curved section is not required. A body of the seating unit is directly inserted into a connecting ring without the necessity of fitting the steel safety rod from an end thereof as the seating unit is formed into an open shape, not a closed ring, such that installation of the safety fence is easy and fast. A locking means is formed in the connecting ring such that a separation of the safety rod from the seating units is fundamentally prevented; and in addition, an inner part and an outer part composed of the horizontal unit and the vertical units are joined by a hinge shaft such that the safety fence is easily kept and transferred. Moreover, the safety fence is able to be installed without a blow using a tension spring.
본 발명은 주행하는 열차로부터 철도 선로보수 작업자들이 보호될 수 있도록 견고한 구조를 가지면서도 신속하게 탈착 가능하며, 곡선 구간에서도 사용될 수 있는 형상의 철도 선로용 안전펜스로서, 소정의 직경 및 길이를 가지며 수평하게 배치되는 수평부와, 상기 수평부의 선단에 고정 설치되는 고정부와, 상기 수평부의 자유단에서 힌지결합됨과 동시에 수직으로 연장 형성되는 수직부와, 상기 수직부의 소정의 위치에 다수개가 고정 설치되는 거치부와, 상기 거치부에 삽입되는 안전봉으로 구성되어, 안전펜스가 조임 또는 끼움 방식으로 조립됨으로써 견고하게 고정되어 신속한 설치가 가능하고, 고정부가 최소한의 폭을 가지므로 동일한 고정부로 열차 선로의 직선 구간과 곡선 구간에 모두 적용 가능하여 곡선구간용 고정부를 별도로 제작할 필요가 없으며, 거치부가 폐쇄된 링이 아니라 개방되는 형상이어서 강봉 형상의 안전봉을 끝단부터 끼울 필요 없이 몸체를 바로 연결 고리에 삽입 가능하므로 설치가 용이하며 신속하게 되고, 연결 고리에 잠금 수단이 구비되어 안전봉이 거치부로부터 이탈되는 것이 원천적으로 방지되며, 수평부를 이루는 내측부와 외측부 사이 및 수평부와 수직부 사이에 각각 접힘이 가능하도록 힌지축으로 결합되어 보관 및 운반이 용이하면서도 텐션 스프링으로 전혀 힘들이지 않고 설치가 가능한 철도 선로용 안전펜스를 제공하고자 한다.
