METHOD FOR PREPARING CERAMIC SHEET, CERAMIC COMPLEX SHEET, AND RELEASING AGENT FOR PREPARING CERAMIC SHEET

The present invention relates to a method of laminating and baking various ceramic sheets including ferrite sheets in a large quantity. According to the present invention, environment friendly ceramic sheets can be manufactured by using a dispersion including ceramic powder with an average aspect ratio (A/R) of 2 to 5 as a releasing agent. In addition, the ceramic sheets of the present invention have excellent releasing properties between the ceramic sheets, thereby being useful for applying to various sintered ceramic sheets including sintered ferrite sheets. The preparation method of the present invention comprises the steps of: (a) preparing at least two green ceramic sheets; (b) applying the releasing agent to at least one side of each of the green ceramic sheets; (c) laminating the ceramic sheets so as to have the surface with a releasing agent applied come in touch with the other green sheet; and (d) heat-treating the laminated green ceramic sheets.

본 발명은 페라이트 시트를 비롯한 다양한 세라믹 시트를 다량으로 적층하여 소성하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 평균 A/R이 2 내지 5인 세라믹 분말의 분산액을 이형제로 이용함으로써 세라믹 시트 간의 이형성이 우수하고 친환경적인 세라믹 시트를 제조할 수 있으므로, 소결 페라이트 시트를 비롯한 다양한 소결 세라믹 시트 분야에 유용하다.
