INSULATION AND WATERPROOF SYSTEM FOR ROOFTOP OF BUILDING
Disclosed in the present invention is an insulating and waterproofing system for the rooftop of a building. The insulating and waterproofing system for the rooftop of a building comprises: multiple heat insulating layers formed by being separated along the upper part and lower part of the rooftop of a building and is made of different heat insulating materials; a waterproofing layer formed at the top of the multiple heat insulating layers; and a heating heat insulating layer which is arranged in a lower part of the multiple heat insulating layers and collects rainwater that leaks onto the rooftop layer of a building and circulates the rainwater after heating it to a preset heating temperature.
본 발명은 건축물 옥상 단열 및 방수 시스템을 제공한다. 상기 건축물 옥상 단열 및 방수 시스템은 건축물 옥상층에 상하를 따라 이격되어 형성되며, 서로 다른 단열 물질로 형성되는 다중 단열층과; 상기 다중 단열층의 상단에 형성되는 방수층; 및 상기 다중 단열층의 하부에 마련되며, 건축물 옥상층에서 누수되는 우수를 집수하여, 설정된 가열 온도를 이루도록 가열수로 형성하여 순환시키는 가열 단열층을 포함한다.
