Provided is a complex waterproofing method applied to an old concrete structure comprising: a step of forming a reinforcing layer to increase a strength of the concrete structure by spreading a permeable reinforcing agent to a concrete structure; a step of attaching a protection sheet to the reinforcing layer to protect the reinforcing layer and to provide a buffer force to the concrete structure; a step of forming a flat surface by laminating a sheet material to the protection sheet; a step of forming a primer coating layer to close the pores of the sheet material and to improve an adhesion force between the sheet material and a waterproof layer by spreading a polyurethane solution to the sheet material; a step of forming a surfacer coating layer to form the waterproof layer by spreading the polyurethane solution to the primer coating layer; and a step of forming a top coating layer to protect the surfacer coating layer by spreading the polyurethane solution to the surfacer coating layer. According to the present invention, the complex waterproofing method forms the stable waterproof layer even in the old concrete structure by forming the reinforcing layer to improve and restore the strength of the concrete structure in a waterproof layer formation step.
본 발명은 노후된 콘크리트 구조물에 적용 가능한 복합 방수공법을 제공하기 위하여, 콘크리트 구조물의 강도가 증강되도록, 상기 콘크리트 구조물에 침투성 강화제를 도포하여 강화층을 형성하는 단계 및 상기 강화층에 보호시트를 부착하여, 상기 강화층을 보호하고 상기 콘크리트 구조물에 완충력을 제공하는 단계 및 상기 보호시트에 시트재를 적층하여 평탄면을 형성하는 단계 및 상기 시트재에 폴리우레탄 용액을 도포하여, 상기 시트재의 공극을 폐쇄하고 상기 시트재와 방수층의 점착력을 향상시키는 하도층을 형성하는 단계 및 상기 방수층이 형성되도록, 상기 하도층에 폴리우레탄 용액을 도포하여 중도층을 형성하는 단계 및 상기 중도층에 폴리우레탄 용액을 도포하여 상기 중도층을 보호하는 상도층을 형성하는 단계를 포함한다. 이에, 본 발명에 따른 복합 방수공법은 방수층 형성과정에서 콘크리트 구조물의 강도를 향상 및 복원시키는 강화층이 형성되어 노후된 콘크리트 구조물에서도 안정적인 방수층을 형성할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
Provided is a complex waterproofing method applied to an old concrete structure comprising: a step of forming a reinforcing layer to increase a strength of the concrete structure by spreading a permeable reinforcing agent to a concrete structure; a step of attaching a protection sheet to the reinforcing layer to protect the reinforcing layer and to provide a buffer force to the concrete structure; a step of forming a flat surface by laminating a sheet material to the protection sheet; a step of forming a primer coating layer to close the pores of the sheet material and to improve an adhesion force between the sheet material and a waterproof layer by spreading a polyurethane solution to the sheet material; a step of forming a surfacer coating layer to form the waterproof layer by spreading the polyurethane solution to the primer coating layer; and a step of forming a top coating layer to protect the surfacer coating layer by spreading the polyurethane solution to the surfacer coating layer. According to the present invention, the complex waterproofing method forms the stable waterproof layer even in the old concrete structure by forming the reinforcing layer to improve and restore the strength of the concrete structure in a waterproof layer formation step.
본 발명은 노후된 콘크리트 구조물에 적용 가능한 복합 방수공법을 제공하기 위하여, 콘크리트 구조물의 강도가 증강되도록, 상기 콘크리트 구조물에 침투성 강화제를 도포하여 강화층을 형성하는 단계 및 상기 강화층에 보호시트를 부착하여, 상기 강화층을 보호하고 상기 콘크리트 구조물에 완충력을 제공하는 단계 및 상기 보호시트에 시트재를 적층하여 평탄면을 형성하는 단계 및 상기 시트재에 폴리우레탄 용액을 도포하여, 상기 시트재의 공극을 폐쇄하고 상기 시트재와 방수층의 점착력을 향상시키는 하도층을 형성하는 단계 및 상기 방수층이 형성되도록, 상기 하도층에 폴리우레탄 용액을 도포하여 중도층을 형성하는 단계 및 상기 중도층에 폴리우레탄 용액을 도포하여 상기 중도층을 보호하는 상도층을 형성하는 단계를 포함한다. 이에, 본 발명에 따른 복합 방수공법은 방수층 형성과정에서 콘크리트 구조물의 강도를 향상 및 복원시키는 강화층이 형성되어 노후된 콘크리트 구조물에서도 안정적인 방수층을 형성할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
