FIBER COMPOSITION FOR REINFORCING CONCRETE
The present invention relates to a fiber composition for reinforcing concrete, composed of: 15 to 18 parts by weight of a three-dimensional textile fiber reinforcing agent; 8 to 13 parts by weight of an anti-crack fiber reinforcing agent; 0.2 to 0.4 parts by weight of a graphite nano-fiber accommodating pipe body; 0.1 to 0.8 parts by weight of calcium carbonate; 0.1 to 0.3 parts by weight of magnesium oxide; and 0.2 to 0.3 parts by weight of a superplasticizer based on 100 parts by weight of a base cellulose fiber reinforcing agent in a pipe body shape. The fiber composition for reinforcing concrete has excellent adhesion to cement and has excellent relative dynamic modulus of elasticity when frozen and thawed, thereby reducing fine cracks in concrete.
본 발명은 콘크리트 보강용 섬유 조성물에 관한 것으로, 관체 형상의 베이스 셀룰로오스 섬유보강재 100 중량부에 대하여, 입체섬유보강재 15 ~ 18 중량부, 균열방지 섬유보강재 8 ~ 13 중량부, 그라파이트 나노섬유 수용관체 0.2 ~ 0.4 중량부, 탄산칼슘 0.1 ~ 0.8 중량부, 산화마그네슘 0.1 ~ 0.3 및 유동화제 0.2 ~ 3.0 중량부로 구성됨으로써, 시멘트와 부착능력이 우수하며 동결융해시 상대동탄성계수가 양호하여 콘크리트의 미세균열의 발생을 감소시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
