본 발명은 공동주택 주방벽면 타일부착구조를 제공한다. 상기 공동주택 주방벽면 타일부착구조는 주방의 벽면(10)에 배치되며, 격자 배열을 이루는 다수의 설치홈(101)이 형성되는 베이스 부(100);와, 상기 다수의 설치홈(101)에 탈착 가능하게 끼워져 설치되며, 개폐 가능한 커버()를 갖는 다수의 타일 블록부(200); 및 상기 주방에서의 습도를 측정하여, 상기 커버(210)를 개방하고, 설정된 온도의 가열 공기를 상기 주방으로 공급하여, 측정된 상기 습도를 기준 습도로 이루게 하는 습도 조절부(300)를 포함한다.
