Disclosed is a hood hinge for an automobile, which enables to open a hood along a trajectory of a four-section hood hinge. A hood hinge for an automobile of the present invention comprises: a base unit which is fixed to an automobile body; a rotary support unit which supports a hood and rotates along with the hood; a first pivot which penetrates the base unit and is connected to a rotation center of the rotary support unit; a second pivot which penetrates the rotary support unit and is connected to a body of the base unit; a first guide unit which guides a linear movement of the first pivot by forming a groove in the base unit; and a second guide unit which is spaced apart from the first guide unit and forms a groove in the base unit to guide a curved movement of the second pivot.
자동차용 후드힌지에 대한 발명이 개시된다. 본 발명의 자동차용 후드힌지는: 차체에 고정되는 베이스부와, 후드를 지지하며 후드와 함께 회전되는 회전지지부와, 베이스부를 관통하여 회전지지부의 회전중심에 연결되는 제1피벗과, 회전지지부를 관통하여 베이스부의 몸체에 연결되는 제2피벗과, 베이스부에 홈을 형성하여 제1피벗의 직선 이동을 안내하는 제1안내부 및 제1안내부와 이격되며 베이스부에 홈을 형성하여 제2피벗의 곡선 이동을 안내하는 제2안내부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
