RETAINING WALL USING PRECAST PANELS AND PHC PILES HAVING STEEL BANDS, AND CONSTRUCTING METHOD OF SUCH RETAINING WALL
The present invention relates to a retaining wall capable of being rapidly constructed by using PHC piles with steel bands, capable of reducing time and expenses required for constructing the retaining wall by constructing the retaining wall into a structure in which a PC panel is inserted and installed between the multiple PHC piles in a transverse direction after installing the multiple circular steel bands in the PHC piles in a longitudinal direction and joining a steel beam with a flange to the steel bands. In addition, the retaining wall capable of being rapidly constructed by using PHC piles with steel bands is capable of obtaining improved construction efficiency and constructability by omitting the installation of a foundation and a large-scale bed excavation work. The present invention also relates to a precast panel and a construction method thereof.
본 발명은 PHC 말뚝을 이용하여 옹벽을 시공하되, PHC 말뚝에는 원형의 강재(鋼材)띠를 종방향으로 복수개 설치하고, 플랜지를 가지는 강재빔을 강재띠에 결합한 후, 횡방향으로 복수개의 PHC 말뚝 사이 간격에 PC 패널을 삽입 설치하는 구조로 옹벽을 구축함으로써, 옹벽 시공에 따른 시간과 비용을 크게 절감할 수 있으며, 기초의 설치 및 대규모의 터파기를 생략할 수 있도록 하여 시공효율성과 시공성을 향상시킨 옹벽 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것이다.
