A safety bar for the string of a blind according to the present invention is coupled to a string for adjusting the winding of a screen provided on a blind. The safety bar comprises: a main body which has support protrusions protruding from both sides of the upper end thereof; a roller which is coupled to be attachable and detachable between the pair of support protrusions, has an insertion groove formed at a lower end, and has an outer peripheral face placed at a lower portion of the string in an endless belt type; and a cutter which is provided between the support protrusions and is inserted into the insertion groove when the roller is coupled to the main body. Accordingly, when the string is wound on the neck of a user and force is applied to the string by the user′s struggle, the roller is detached from the main body, and the string is cut by the cutter exposed to the outside. According to the present invention, when a string is wound around the neck of a user such as a child and the user struggles and when the force of the user is applied to the string, the detachable roller coupled to the main body is detached, the cutter exposed to the outside cuts the string, and allows the user to escape from the string, and thus preventing an accident.
본 발명의 블라인드의 승강줄용 안전바는 블라인드에 구비된 스크린의 권취를 조절하는 승강줄에 결합되는 것으로서, 상단 양측에 지지돌기가 돌출 형성된 본체; 상기 한 쌍의 지지돌기 사이에 착탈 가능하게 결합되고 하단에 삽입홈이 형성되며, 무한벨트 형태의 상기 승강줄의 하부에 외주면이 안착되는 롤러; 및 상기 지지돌기 사이에 구비되며 상기 롤러가 상기 본체에 결합 시 상기 삽입홈에 삽입되는 커터; 를 포함하여, 상기 승강줄에 사용자의 목이 감겨 사용자가 몸부림침에 의해 상기 승강줄에 힘이 가해질 경우 상기 롤러가 상기 본체로부터 이탈되고, 이에 의해 외부로 노출되는 상기 커터에 의해 상기 승강줄이 커팅된다. 이에 의하면, 어린이 등의 사용자가 승강줄에 목이 감겨 몸부림치는 경우, 사용자의 발버둥치는 힘이 승강줄에 가해지면 본체에 착탈 가능하게 결합되어 있던 롤러가 본체로부터 이탈되면서 외부로 노출되는 커터가 승강줄을 잘라 승강줄에 목이 감겨 있던 사용자는 승강줄로부터 벗어날 수 있어 안전 사고를 방지할 수 있다.
