INDUSTRIALIZATION HOUSE AND METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTION THEREOF
The present invention relates to an industrialization house and a construction method thereof, which can compactly modularize and conveniently transport and assemble structures constituting the same. To this end, the industrialization house comprises: a floor deck unit fixated on a floor base; a ceiling deck unit provided to be spaced from the floor deck unit according to a floor height; a wall column unit fixatedly connecting the floor deck unit to the ceiling deck unit; a wall finishing unit stacked on the wall column unit; and an interlayer finishing unit stacked on at least any one among the floor deck unit and the ceiling deck unit to maintain an opening space provided in each of the floor deck unit and the ceiling deck unit. At this time, the wall column unit includes: a plurality of height members spaced from each other to be formed long in a height direction; and a deck adhering member fixatedly connecting the height members to each other to form an air layer between the height members. In addition, the deck adhering member includes: an insulation support unit forming a predetermined height; and a brass fixating unit extended in a height direction from the insulation support unit and formed to be bent.
본 발명은 공업화 주택을 이루는 구조물을 컴팩트하게 모듈화하고, 운반 및 조립을 간편하게 할 수 있는 공업화 주택과 이것의 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해, 공업화 주택은 바닥기초에 고정되는 바닥데크유닛과, 층고에 따라 바닥데크유닛에서 이격되어 구비되는 천정데크유닛과, 바닥데크유닛과 천정데크유닛을 연결 고정시키는 벽체컬럼유닛과, 벽체컬럼유닛에 적층되는 벽체마감유닛 및 바닥데크유닛과 천정데크유닛에 각각 구비되는 개구공간이 유지되도록 바닥데크유닛과 천정데크유닛 중 적어도 어느 하나에 적층되는 층간마감유닛을 포함한다. 이때, 벽체컬럼유닛은 상호 이격되어 높이 방향으로 길게 형성되는 복수의 높이부재 및 높이부재 사이에 공기층을 형성하도록 높이부재를 상호 연결 고정시키는 데크밀착부재를 포함한다. 또한, 데크밀착부재는 기설정된 높이를 형성하는 단열지지부 및 단열지지부에서 높이 방향으로 연장되거나 절곡 형성되는 블라스고정부를 포함한다.
