PREFABRICATED PANEL FOR REFRIGERATING STORAGE
The present invention relates to a prefabricated panel for a refrigerating storage. More specifically, the present invention relates to a prefabricated panel for a refrigerating storage configured such that both of the upper corners and edge parts of an outer frame member are separated, which can be manufactured by an injection machine with a small capacity and be easily transported and stored during the assembly. The present invention provides a prefabricated panel for a refrigerating storage with improved manufacturing process and productivity by storage and logistics since a second iron plate is not required to be folded and bent for closing an opened region of the outer frame member. The prefabricated panel for a refrigerating storage of the present invention comprises: an outer frame member (1100) which is standardized to be fitted with each other for assembling a wall body or roof by filling the inside with a filling material; a panel assembling member (1200) comprising a panel assembling part (1210) installed in the outer frame member, assembled to be disposed in parallel with a first iron plate, and having a guide protrusion (1211) and a groove (1212) formed in parallel in the longitudinal direction and a panel cover part (1220) formed perpendicularly with the panel assembling part to extend toward a second iron plate by a certain length and having a second iron plate fitting part (1221) for fitting the second iron plate; a first iron plate (1300) in a form of a flat plate which is installed by being fitted in parallel with the inner side of the outer frame member and the panel assembling member; and a second iron plate (1400) which is installed by being fitted in the outer side of the outer frame member and the panel assembling member and is longer than the first iron plate.
본 발명은 냉동.냉장 저장고용 조립식 판넬에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 외각틀부재가 상부 양쪽 코너와 모서리부가 각각 분리되도록 구성하여 적은 용량의 사출기로도 제조가 가능함과 더불어 조립시 이동과 보관이 용이하게 되는 한편, 제2철판이 외각틀부재의 개방된 곳을 폐쇄하기 위한 절곡 밴딩을 하지 않아도 되므로 제조공정과 보관 및 물류에 따라 생산성이 향상되도록 된 냉동.냉장 저장고용 조립식 판넬에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 냉동.냉장 저장고용 조립식 판넬(1000)은, 내부에 충진제를 충진하여 벽체나 지붕의 조립을 위해 서로 끼워 맞추도록 벽체나 지붕의 조립을 위해 규격화 된 외각틀부재(1100)와; 상기 외각틀부재에 설치됨과 더불어 제1철판과 평행하게 배치되도록 조립되는 한편, 길이방향으로 가이드 돌기(1211)와 홈(1212)이 평행하게 형성된 판넬조립부(1210)와, 상기 판넬조립부와 직각으로 형성되어 제2철판쪽으로 일정길이 연장됨과 더불어 제2철판이 끼워지도록 단부에 제2철판끼움부(1221)를 갖춘 판넬커버부(1220)로 이루어진 판넬조립부재(1200)와; 상기 외각틀부재의 내측과 판넬조립부재에 평행하게 끼워져 설치되는 평판형태의 제1철판(1300)과, 상기 외각틀부재의 외측과 판넬조립부재에 끼워져 설치되되 상기 제1철판 보다 길이가 긴 제2철판(1400)을 포함한다.
