UNIT SHEET OF FORMWORK FOR THE BUILDING SLAB FORMING
The present invention is achieved by providing a unit sheet of a form formed with a light metal material like an aluminum which is constructed in an assembly type for forming a slab of a building constructed by a casting method using concrete. The unit sheet is the unit sheet for the form for forming the slab of the building of the casting method, where an edge is installed to provide a contact surface for combination with an adjacent side using a wedge type latch around an outer surface edge of a body formed in a rectangular flat plate, and reinforcement parts are comprised in the edge. The unit sheet includes: at least one rod type horizontal bar which maintains an interval for a hand of a worker to go in and out from an outer surface freely at the outer surface of the body and has both ends fixed to the edge for gripping and reinforcement; and a mitigating element which is intervened between the outer surface of the body and each horizontal bar, and absorbs impact and noise delivered to the body. Thus, the unit sheet can achieve working convenience and stability in a construction site, and can minimize work noise.
본 발명은 콘크리트를 이용하여 주조방식으로 축조되는 건축물의 슬래브 성형을 위해 조립식으로 가설되는 알루미늄 등의 경금속재로 이루는 거푸집의 단위판재를 제공함에 의해 달성되게 되는데, 이 단위판재는 장방형의 평판으로 이루는 동체의 겉면 가장자리에 돌아가며 쐐기형 걸쇠를 이용해 인접 측과의 결합을 위한 접촉면을 제공하는 테두리가 설치되고 그 테두리의 내에는 보강대들을 구비시킨 주조방식의 건축물 슬래브 성형을 위한 거푸집의 단위판재로서, 동체의 겉면 측에서 그 겉면으로부터 작업자의 손이 자유로이 들락날락할 수 있도록 간격이 유지되고 테두리 내에서 가로 건너 양단이 정착되어 파지와 보강을 겸하도록 적어도 하나 이상 설치되는 봉 형상의 가로바들과, 동체의 겉면과 각 가로바들 사이에 개재되어 동체 측으로 전달되는 충격과 소음을 흡수 처리하는 완화요소를 포함하여서, 공사현장에서의 작업 편의와 안정성, 그리고 작업소음을 최소화하게 된다.
