The present invention is to provide a mosquito net fixing apparatus configured to form: a mosquito net frame equipped with a recessed part, at one side of which a mosquito net can be inserted; at least one engaging means formed in the recessed part; and an elastic fixing member equipped with an elastic wing plate having an engaging means corresponding to the engaging means of the recessed part in the recessed part, which are inserted with the edge of the mosquito net to keep the mosquito net tightly coupled to the engaging means of the mosquito net frame by the elasticity of the elastic fixing member, and an expanding wedge is inserted between the elastic wing plates of the elastic fixing member to strengthen the bonding strength by pushing the elastic wing plates of the elastic fixing member to both sides. The effect of the present invention is to primarily fixate the mosquito net to the mosquito net frame by the elastic fixing member and secondarily push the expanding wedge between the elastic wing plates of the elastic fixing member so that the mosquito net is further closely coupled to the inner wall of the recessed part and between the engaging protrusions to firmly fixate the mosquito net, which prevents the mosquito net from being separated from the mosquito net frame even when a considerable amount of force is applied. In addition, the present invention provides a mosquito net frame with excellent appearance without a separate finishing work as the expanding wedge doubly fixates the mosquito net and covers an empty space of the recessed groove.

본 발명은 일측에 방충망을 끼워넣을 수 있는 오목부를 구비하는 방충망 프레임과, 상기 오목부에는 적어도 1개 이상의 걸림수단이 형성되도록 하되, 상기 오목부에는 상기 오목부의 걸림수단에 대응하는 걸림수단이 형성된 탄력날개판을 구비하는 탄력고정부재가 방충망의 가장자리와 함께 삽입되어 탄력고정부재의 탄성에 의해 방충망 프레임의 걸림수단에 방충망이 밀착된 상태를 유지하도록 하고, 다시 상기 탄력고정부재의 탄력날개판 사이에는 확장쐐기가 삽입되어 탄력고정부재의 탄력날개판을 양측으로 밀어내어 결합력을 더욱 강화하도록 구성되는 방충망 고정장치를 제공하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명의 효과로는 1차적으로 탄력고정부재에 의해 방충망을 방충망 프레임에 고정하도록 하고, 2차적으로 확산쐐기를 탄력고정부재의 탄력날개판 사이에 밀어넣어 방충망이 더욱 깊이 걸림돌기 사이, 오목부 내측벽에 밀착하게 되어 견고하게 고정되며, 결국 상당한 힘이 가해져도 방충망이 방충망 프레임으로 부터 쉽게 이탈되지 않도록 한다. 또한 본 발명은 확산쐐기가 이중으로 방충망을 고정해주는 기능을 함과 동시에 오목홈의 텅빈 공간을 커버해주어 별도의 마감공사를 하지 않고도 미관상으로 보기 좋은 방충망 프레임을 제공할 수 있는 매우 유용한 발명인 것이다.
