According to an embodiment of the present invention, an emergency evacuation railing unit for an apartment building includes: a base including a protruding member and a first hinge; a first railing unit which includes a first vertical member, an extension member, a second hinge, a first horizontal member, and a first railing blade; a second railing unit including a second vertical member, a second horizontal member, and a second railing blade; a third railing unit including a third hinge, a third vertical member, a prevention jaw, a third horizontal member, and a third railing blade; a first connection member which includes a first wire, a handle, and an insertion groove; and a second connection unit including a case, a second wire, and a control button; and a support unit.
