ANCHOR BRACKET UNIT FOR INSTALLING OUTER WALL ORNAMENTS
The present invention relates to an anchor bracket unit for fixing an exterior material. The anchor bracket unit for fixing an exterior material comprises: an anchor unit inserted and mounted in a drilled hole drilled in a structure such as a wall or a pillar forming a structure of a building; a tubular fixing body which is extended by penetrating an outer surface of the anchor unit and firmly fixes the anchor unit by pressing a portion of an extended end thereof by the structure; a bracket unit which is mounted on the anchor unit and mounts an exterior material to firmly fixate the exterior material; and a plurality of nuts and washers to firmly fixate the fixing body mounted in the anchor unit and the bracket unit. The anchor unit is dually fixated onto the structure using an anchor cap and the fixing body. Also, durability is improved by eliminating effects of moisture and external air flowing from the outside of the building. Moreover, the present invention maximally simplifies the installation.
본 발명은 외장재 고정용 앵커 브래킷 유닛에 관한 것으로서, 건축물의 구조를 형성하는 벽체 또는 기둥 등의 구조체에 천공된 천공구에 삽결 될 수 있는 앵커부와; 앵커부의 외측면에 관통결합 되어 확장될 수 있으며, 확장된 단부의 일부가 구조체에 압입 됨으로써 앵커부를 견고하게 고정할 수 있는 파이프 형상의 고정체와; 앵커부에 체결될 수 있으며, 외장재를 거치하여 견고하게 고정할 수 있는 브래킷부와; 앵커부에 삽결 된 고정체와 브래킷부를 견고하게 고정할 수 있도록 구비된 다수의 너트 및 와셔로; 구성되어 있어 앵커부를 앵커캡 및 고정체를 이용하여 구조체에 이중으로 고정시킬 수 있으며, 또한, 건축물 외부로부터 유입된 습기 및 외기의 영향을 차단하여 내구성을 향상시켰고 더욱이 시공의 간편성을 극대화 한 외장재 고정용 앵커 브래킷 유닛에 관한 것이다.
